In the first game it's the standard playstyle, figure out when your tank is under a lot of pressure, then get the attention of everyone who's pressuring him, and threaten a kill, so everyone feels obligated to protect their teammate instead of finishing off your tank... then try to exit at full health and then keep reminding them of how close they were to killing you... stand in a position that feels punishable, dash into open space, whatever it takes to make it seem like they could definitely kill you, and you are stupid and making a mistake... often, they actually DO kill you... but it loses them the game.
second game is a strange one, my tank keeps suiciding before I can get anything done, so I play for stall... keep the enemy team focused on an area as close to their own spawn as possible, so that there is no space for the healers to operate... die on cart a lot, stall cart a lot, just generally deny them space... This is what I call 'making the best of unwinnable fights' and you can hear in my voice when I'm trying to do commentary on it, that even I don't really know why it works, it is just what I do when fights cant be won, and it works better than anything else i've tried.
