Mr. Mark had come a long way from the guy I hired and wrote the acceptance/work promise letter for to get in the trade. He was a good man and has a good family as well he’s a guy I never regretted helping to get in the trade and he really impressed everybody on his first job I had him on. The first foreman I put him with loved him right away and the guys taught him so much he quickly became a great hand and was even a truck foreman out here in CA before he turned out and became a JIW! I think he got that truck at like 6th period or something but that just goes to show the brother was doing his thing man great guy right there! What a sad day it was man! It’s funny this video popped up on my feed and while watching it I saw Mark lol small world
An apprentice at the 397 in Tampa. I feel you on your excitement. Becoming a welder and then an ironworker is the best thing i've ever done for myself. 25 now and feeling like i have a future and a career and learning something every day. I also stay in the gym, kudos to you, i know it can be hard resting your body when you're working 10s and shit
I’m a plumber rn, hopefully I get into the plumbers union. But if I don’t I honestly would love to be a steel worker shit looks dope. I’m even thinking of leaving plumbing and just becoming a steel worker💪🏽
Hello. This one here is down the road from the airport. Things here are pretty slow right now but I know a couple jobs should be needing lots of guys soon
