This is a really personale question - do you get your regular cycle or have you ever had problems with your period? You are so lean and look still really healthy. How do you help yourself if you are starving in between the dishes? Do you have a alltime-saver on the go? That would be sooo helpfull. I have a long drive to my office and I need something in case of an emergency in my purse.
For the workout portion of this video.... how many times a week do you do this? The hardest part for me was going to the gym after work EVERY DAY it was not enjoyable and ultimately I stopped
