5:58 how to make dal( not 10 mins, the preparation time is 20-25 mins ,also soak the whole moong dal for atleast 6-8 hrs before cooking) 3:13 how to make chenna masal[not 20 mins, the preparation time is 25-30 mins for 100g(add 300ml- 400ml of water) & For 200g prep. @@marcoantony3375 yaa bro..I have tried...nd I have lost 1 kgs of weight from the last 3/4 months.🙂..although the result is very slow...but..hooping for the best..🤞.. actually im trying some of his recipes during lockdown only...coz I am a teacher..nd don't have much time to take care of myself...anyway you can go for any of his recipes...will c d result..if you accompanies the recipes with some exercise😁...all d best👍
