Awesome video. Subscribed. Hope you continue gaining traction. Vegan going on 14 years, but as a cyclist. At my peak I push out 420 watts at high altitude for 20 minutes at 70kg, as an amateur hobbyist training 10-15 hours a week. People who are capable pushing half as much with the same training comment how much stronger I'd be if I wasn't vegan...
@@ericwojo81 Preaching to the choir: protein is probably the most hyped macronutrient, with humans requiring no more than 2g/kg per bodyweight in the very most extreme cases (ie. pro bodybuilders and Tour de France, world tour level cyclists, regardless of bioavailability). 10-15% of calories easily with no overt protein needed if you're training that hard anyway.
