I think you need to give yourself more credit. You’re exerting an enormous amount of energy with your running training. Sometimes dropping the weights right back and letting your muscles have a minute is what’s needed! Hi from another endo girlie here! First, I am new here and love the vibes. Second, the arm strength is something I get too. I think it has something to do with the cycle because I lose strength around my ovulation and then again when I start my period. I figured it out from just documentation of workouts and cycles each month. Either way omg you are doing great! You have endo/pcos AND body recomp'ed like that... Damn proud of you ❤

Well done on your training hun. You’re doing brilliant. I used to do a lot of running and I need to get back into it. I’ll have to start from the beginning as I’m m bigger than I was when I used to run. I struggle with steps too as have an office job. ❤xxxx

I don’t know the scientific/technical language but you only keep eggs out of they haven’t been washed yet. I grew up with chickens and they have this film around the egg shell that keep it from getting bacteria so it’s good at room temp but once it’s been rinsed/cleaned you need to refrigerate it! (Which would explain why store bought eggs are in the coolers and farmers market eggs might not be)

Do you focus more on macros or calories while bulking? Of course hitting your protein but I always struggle with eating a lot more carbs/fats than I’m used to when trying to bulk
Do you have any recommendations for a 10k running programme? I will be finishing couch to 5k soon and looking for something similar to take me from 5-10k x
