I started following you at the start of phase 2 I believe because of shreddy at the beginning of my fitness journey and always found you to be so genuine and realistic and while I don't know you personally, I am so proud for how far you've come! You've definitely inspired me in some degree and I started running a couple of months ago which I never believed I would! I also turned 29 today and made a "30 before 30" list and one of the points is run a half marathon all thanks to you 😂 much love 🫶🏼

You are so encouraging!!! You inspired me to start running and now I’ve ran 2 half marathons and when you got a bike, I got a bike lol and now I love cycling. I’m a horrible swimmer but I want to try training swimming so I can do a triathlon like you :) you are such an encouragement!!
Loved this video! I really have resonated with the way you described the three phases.. I’m just coming out of my calculated+aesthetic weightlifting era and beginning running too! It’s so freeing honestly. I love strength training but running brings a diff kind of joy and empowerment. I also think it’s better for my body image than weightlifting (where I was so fixated on getting a big butt. And I got that butt for a time, then got injured, butt sorta deflated, and realized glute size doesnt make much a difference for my happiness or confidence.) Whereas running is just so so differenttt

Well done! I did my first sprint last month, and I agree that it’s hard to sit in the achievement when you immediately have goals to do it again! 😅 I loved seeing the practice transition you did, because I did the same exact thing and send my entire seven minute video to one of my besties! Fellow athletes get it! The swim was the hardest part for me as well! I also never felt like I got into a real rhythm, when for all my training pool swims I did! It’s a major accomplishment and it looks like you really enjoyed it!
