Honest question though. The anabar seems like it’s good that I want to try it but man looking at the website then the nutrition stats.. it contains bioengineered foods.. aren’t we supposed to avoid that?

I have watched a lot of your videos and this is the funniest I have seen. Thank you for all the great recipes. I have lost 10lbs since starting 75Hard this year. Your recipes make the diet portion of the program a no brainer. I eat the anabolic french toast and oatmeal a lot.

A lot of shade being thrown in these comments. I’ve done the clean eating, studied nutrition (originally started classes for a degree) and tried to bulk. It is HARD to get enough calories eating clean. Plus you find yourself forcing food down your throat. This dude does it in a way that is palatable and allows you to build muscle. While I wouldn’t tout most of these recipes as “healthy” per se, there’s definitely major value here for those looking to pack on lean muscle and beat cravings for calorie dense junk

just curious, do you try these diet programs before you upload it? how long do you take as far as time to see changes? This is allot of food and the next video you look shredded as hell. before this video you look shredded also. did you do these diets before? or do you have experimental clients that try this program? just curious. I don't mean to doubt you. I try your shredding diet and I lost a significant amount of weight. I don't doubt. but just curious. I know you can't answer all our questions. just the most easy one.

REM! I started my fitness journey 1 year ago, and limited results came until I started to eat Anabolic! Love your channel, down 30lbs, 2 pant sizes, packing on lean muscle like I’m being paid, and never felt so good. The choice was mine but you have painted the yellow brick road I walk. hey rem, love your vids but just wanted to comment about something: why that much protein? on average one would need 150-250g at most. also as you can probably tell, it's not gonna be that easy for most people to get that many calories in throughout the day.. so why make it more difficult by using even more of the most thermogenic effective macro (protein) than necessary? obviously by making foods more "anabolic", you have to sacrifice the quality to some extent, whether its texture or taste etc (you do a good job at making it not seem like a sacrifice, thank you!!). So for example instead of using fat free cheese use normal, and instead of cooking spray we can use a table spoon or 2 of olive oil! Instead of making a dish here 1000 cals and 100g of protein, make it 1000 cals and 60-70g protein. just what i think, I'm not for sure right. Also love your vids

I think he is pulling his macros off TDEE calculator site. The high carb bulking split of 30/20/50 has me at 281g protein - 83 fat - 468 carbs. Total cals of 3747.

Throw your fiery cheetos or jalapeno cheetos in a blender and use those as bread crumbs on your mac n cheese then bake it. You won't be disappointed. All of my friends thought the idea sounded disgusting and snubbed their noses at it... now everyone begs me to make a few batches every holiday

@@meljay337 Yeah it's bulking, but it's extreme bulking. 3,800 calories a day is a thousand calories over Will Tennyson's maintenance calories, and 1,600 calories over Remington's own "realistic day of eating 305 grams of protein" video where he ate 2,200 calories. That's gaining half a pound a day, or 3.5 pounds per week. That's 21 pounds over six weeks, which most people are highly unlikely to be able to add in muscle. (correct me if I'm wrong, this is just based off of too many hours of RU-vid fitness videos.)

@@TheBrokenCage Most ppl that consume this content also workout so when u take that into account u definitely not keeping all that weight, plus bulking isn't meant to be done forever. Once u get the results I aiming for u stop, so it's obvious this ain't sustainable cuz it's not suppose to be. Get your results and cut back the calories slowly to maintain progress. That could be in a 2 weeks, 1 week, or a month depends on the person and goal size but working out while doing this you'll be good

It's so funny he says that because in all reality if you want to build muscle and get a physique you have to basically do a bulk you can rely on burning fats on your body for energy but you're not going to get your gains as fast. So if you bolt build your muscle up first as long as you're not extremely overweight you can do this and then wait until you have the muscle packed on your body and then burn the fat.. seems easier than doing a diet shred before you have muscle....
