Don't forget the fruits and vegetables. It's not all about the calories and macros. I used to make the same mistake then I incorporated fresh fruit and vegetables and my body felt even better.

​@@thelifeoftupacshakur4564You don't have to eat so much fruits in a day, But you must eat enough fruits and veggies, like you can add 2 bananas or an apple in ur oats.have some salad before ur lunch made of cucumber, tomato, beetroot and squeeze half or one lemon on top of that. You can drink a glass of sugarcane juice or coconut water after ur gym it will keep ur body temperature in control. You can eat papaya and watermelon for some snacks. You can make juice of spinach and there's an endless ways for u to add fruits and veggies in ur diets. Because they are essential for ur overall health and nutrients.

Whats the point of fasting till 12 and walking 10k steps a day if your then going to eat high calorie foods to try and get your calories in ? Makes absolute no sense it makes sense on a cut not in this situation. This is so stupid. Thoese 2 chocolate bars for 400 cals you coulda not fasted ate them first thing in the morning. Or you could not walk 10k steps a day and not eat the 400 cals worth of chocolate

Austin I'm on a roughly same number of cals but around 80 grams of fat, and higher carbs.. I feel like it helps with getting even a better workout.. Is there a reason you chose to go higher fat rather than higher carb?

@@MrFenix192ehh 3k throughout a whole day ain’t too crazy tbh. what i do is make gainer shakes and eat peanut butter sandwiches. a good gainer shake is about 1k and you can get about 500+ cals out of 2 simple peanut butter sandwiches.

I ain’t no expert, but I do get acne basically only from eating unhealthy, sugary and heavily processed foods. Maybe you could try and change up what you eat troughout the bulk and it gets better.

One thing to think about is that high GI foods can contribute to spikes in blood sugar and affect hormone production. So if you’re eating a ton of simple carbs then maybe try to eat more complex carbs

I eat around 3000 cal for bulking too, it puts me in a slight surplus and it's enough for me and everyday I wake up hungry, I used to think I had to eat around 4000 calories but its so hard for me and i dont feel hungry everyday eating that way, 3000 cal is the way to go, stable and slow bulk instead or force feeding myself

Yeah I used to do the same but a lot of oil upset my stomach and I can't properly digest food, I even tried adding extra calories with nuts like peanuts, walnuts, almonds and I get the same issue, no time to rush the bulk with force feeding, I think force feeding is not for everyone

Your antioxidants need more of a boost or you gonna age very fast from eating starches and proteins in every meal.
