Hello and Happy New Year!
This week we are just touching base, getting back into routine and having a chat about what my nutrition is looking like for marathon training! Very excited to start this journey and be taking you with me!
Also apologies for the odd lighting in parts not sure why my camera was having a bit of a funny day AND have no worries I've got a Go Pro on the way for future running content!!

Thank you so much for your channel Holly! You are one of my biggest inspirations to start my journey of healing my relationship with food TODAY. You've really encouraged me and now I will be focusing a lot more on macros and nutrition than restricting. It will be difficult getting past that mental block, but I want to be a strong swimmer so I'm determined. Thank you so much!!

Hey Holly! love your videos! I have a garmin too and you should check to set up alerts for your heart rate zone that you are in while you are running, I use it all the time for my rowing :)

Peanut butter, banana and protein smoothies with whatever milk you have- gets you about 450-500 cals which helps me hit my calorie goals, I’m like you I end up needing to eat an enormous evening meal and I can’t do it! X

2100kcal honestly doesn't sound enough for training 6 times a week I hope you fuel more if your body is asking for it.
