Movement is so important. Even on my new intuitive eating journey I still go to the gym 5 to 6 times a week. It makes my mental health sky rocket snd makes me feel so strong. 💪
I'm still working on my relationship with movement. I am at a point where I don't NEED to work out...but I still find myself estimating calories burned...but I'll get there!
I am really enjoying your content. I'm still pretty new to intuitive eating. So I'm still working on shedding diet mentality. The past couple of weeks have been very difficult. I've spent the last 2 weeks experiencing quite a bit of gallbladder pains, and finally yesterday I had my gallbladder removed. So it's been a very bland clear liquid diet lately. Been using the time when I am awake and feeling well to read up more on Intuitive Eating. Thank you for your content. It has been so, so helpful. Edit: Forgot to mention that audiobooks are my best friends. I'm listening to audiobooks or podcasts all of the time. When I'm doing cardio, I love listening to true crime or thrillers. I haven't started Fourth Wing yet. I've learned my lesson, I don't start series until they are finished.
Hi Hannah, i really enjoyed this video. your coffee drink fixup was so smart. i found some BBQ hummus the other day and it goes so well with cut up veggies. as far as shoe widening, they use to sell 'shoe trees' that were wooden and you put it in your shoes for a day or two and it stretches out the leather. i think i saw them at Walmart or shoe stores. Thanks for the video.- they always relax me when i am feeling anxious.
Speaking as a wide-footed person, the only way to widen your shoes is to wear them until they stretch out from the excessive pressure. In the meantime, your feet suffer. I don't recommend it! I like Brooks. They have tons of shoes available in wide sizes!
