Jo sirf subha shaam hi khate ho... Wo kya करे?? पर आचार्य जी ये डाइट प्लान तो पूरा दिन ही मुंह चलवाएगा। ये डाइट प्लान तो मुझे टेंशन ज्यादा देगा । 😔😔

Bahut simple deit plan ek garib admi bhi ise follow kar sakta h mai kabhi bhi koi bhi deit follow nhi kar pati thi but aaj se mai yeh deit follow karugi thanku mam🙏🙏🙏

Acharyaji,Pls also encourage people For HOMEGROWN VEGGIES...Believe me,its SUPER EASY... Can use AATA BAGS as well..We all can start with PUDINA,DHANIA,PALAK,MIRCHI,TURAI...and then go to Tomatoes,Lauki etc..
