If you noticed at the end of the trial, she overly praised Jolene, then turned to Michael and said something to the effect of, " Mr. Beaumier. I can see why you still love her". I'm not a Divorce Judge, but I feel that considering the praise she just showered on Jolene and then telling Michael that he still loved her, I feel that she created an element of doubt in his mind as to whether he was doing the right thing. It's really none of my business, but, I hope he never takes her back and makes the same mistake again.
