When extreme abuse occurs before a child forms a core personality, there is not a host or core to "integrate" all back into one unified whole, and that's perfectly okay. These are incredibly smart, creative, strong people, who are spiritually gifted. And that's exactly why the luciferian brotherhood targets and uses them in such ways, to access their gifts. We have to do better in punishing people who cause so much mental trauma to a person to the point they break into so many pieces. It is no less an offense than murder. The only difference, the people affected with trauma have to live the rest of their lives in a damaged state. No one deserves a life like that.

What's fascinating about Kim is the fact that each personality has their own artistic style and way of portraying themselves. Even her handwriting changes according to which personality is dominant at the time. Her paintings are very telling about the trauma she went through. They very much hint at ritual abuse of some sort with many different people involved which is disturbing to say the least. There doesn't seem to be much detail mentioned about her parents and childhood experiences - I've wondered a lot about that ever since I first saw Kim on the Oprah Show back when it first aired.

I met my ex in Saudi Arabia but he is Pakistani. We dated while living in different cities for three months, and while I felt something was a bit odd, I had never experienced DID and didn't realize that I was speaking to different people. By the time I did understand I was already in love. We were together for 2 years. As a psych major I was fascinated and wanted to "help" him. I identified 6 distinct personalities, but a psychiatrist eventually identified 15. He was the love of my life but I eventually left after one of the personalities threatened me with a knife to "protect" him. The person promised that I would die at some point. He had been brutally and repeatedly raped as a 7-year-old boy and his family blamed him. Leaving him was the hardest thing I have ever done.

Indeed it lasts generations. My mom was and is unstable, and substance abuse has been a theme in her life. She was not mentally or emotionally present for me and my sisters, my dad worked a lot, and unfortunately one of my sisters sought that affection through people who introduced her to drugs that eventually killed her. As for me, it lingers in keeping an emotional distance from people. My mom viewed everything as a threat, and sometimes that meant us as kids. From a very young age I learned how damaging it could be to feel a connection to a person who would not acknowledge it. The sexual abuse she suffered as a kid has permeated decades in so many ways. And because of that, I personally feel guilty for not being able to have a relationship with her, but I also know I can’t be the kid anymore wishing for her love. All that’s left is just sorrow for me and for her. And like you said, it’s not something she could ever understand even though she was the one who initially suffered.
@wonkydonkey8349
@wonkydonkey8349 3 года назад
@@slaphappybullet I am sorry to hear that darling. Can you trace trauma back further? To your grandmother for example? I actually trace it to the institution of marriage in my family and the 'importance' of staying married regardless of how abusive the other partner may be. At the end of the day my grandmother chose marriage and society over the wellbeing of her daughter (and herself) and held onto these unhealthy notions of what being a woman is: a martyr etc. just to pass it on to all of us. My family and extended family perpetuates the cycle over and over, with pain showing itself in detachment and the inability to communicate feelings, love or upset. My mum would not even touch me growing up. I know it's not her fault. But I am still damaged by it.

Mellaniy , were you raised by your father alone or was your mother or someone else also involved ? With all those different personalities was your dad still able to support himself financially , or not ? The fact that you enjoyed his different personalities and that you have so many good memories does not sound like the typical story of dealing with a person with multiple personalities ; that's why I think you should , if you haven't already , write a very detailed book or novel about this . It definitely needs to be made into a movie or a miniseries ... and a good solid book about it would really help get that idea out there . I really hope you take this seriously because it just really seems the story needs to be told and it would be a wonderful way to pay tribute to your father . I'm confused about the boy who would sometimes eat dog food . Do you know who it was that abused him so much that he probably was forced to eat dog food instead of regular meals ? Would the personalities last long ... like the one that went with you on the long drives ... what would happen if let's say the scared little boy in him returned would you have to stop the drive and return home for him to feel safe ? Do you see what I'm saying ? Can you describe some more for us ? For example when was the first time you realized you were seeing a totally different personality in him ? How young were you ? Can you tell us more about the one that didn't like you too much ? I know I'm asking you all these questions because I just think what you told us is such an incredible story ... if this is told the right way I believe it would be a big hit , very memorable .

Dylan is back and exactly as he was before but with some of my characteristics. The other one is a brand new alter and his name is Michael. The 3 of us are trying to manage and communicate. It's easy for me and Dylan to talk but we have a hard time to talk to Micheal. We use a notebook to talk to him and explain what he is part of. I think you will be able to bring that child back if you can meet a real true Shaman from the Amazon or a Tibetan Buddhist Lama because they are about the only people out there who really know how to do what's called SOUL RETRIEVAL ... and only some of the lamas know how to do that . They believe that anytime we are traumatized that whoever you were and whatever age you were at that point in time sort of breaks off and is in a way lost out in space somehow . They know how to bring back to you the parts of you that have been sort of missing so that you are a whole integrated person again . Also I don't know if you meditate but I do feel meditation can help because it gives us control over our thoughts rather than our thoughts controlling us and helps to restore one's inner peace and balance .

The photo at 23:29.... has me in tears. So does the ones after that. Hearing about it is one thing, seeing a visual of it really drives it home. I'll never understand how adults can do sick things to kids, I understand their brains are wired wrong and it's been medically shown, but I can't get past the knowing it's wrong and still doing it. I think everyone should be screened, and if they have that bad brain wiring, they should be sent to a isolated place away from children. Somewhere they can never ever have access to them!! Even the knowledge that SA preds and flashers get let out of prison just to be put back into populations where sure, they can't be around schools and such, they still could go near kids, it's wrong!! The damage these people do is incomprehensible. Here I am blabbering away, but I just get so upset over this issue. I feel like since they can for the most part identify people who see kids in a devious manner, they should be easily able to keep them away!! If anything even screening adults who want to adopt children should be bare minimum, the amount of people who foster and adopt for easy targets and access and get away with it is just, ugh. It's even worse knowing I can't do anything to help or change things.
@MithrilMagic

I completely agree. I did social work for 15 years. I saw HORRIBLE things. It’s in every corner of the world and sadly, it is in some very affluent households. SA, physical, mental, emotional abuse and neglect does not discriminate. I am infertile and my husband and I plan to foster to adopt. We are required to have multiple home visits, general first aid/cpr training, multiple parenting classes, financial and background screenings and we must write essays on why we want to be parents and have personal and professional references. We have no problem doing any of this. Unfortunately, most of the abuse cases I saw over my years of experience were children being abused by their blood family members (many were parents, grandparents and siblings) and also friends of family members. The absolute WORSE part of my job was after removing a child or children from an abusive environment and settling them in a new, safe situation, the biological mother (if not charged and sentenced to time in prison) would end up having more children, who would also go on to be abused. I believe, if you have a child in the system, or have had a child in the system and have an open case, you should be required to go through the same parenting classes and process as adoptive parents must go through AND you must take a competency exam. Children are the most precious things in the world. Being a parent is a privilege not a right. And if everyone suffered with infertility the way I have, including 7 miscarriages, they would know that. They must be protected.

@@MithrilMagic CL there are a lot of women who were able to CONCEIVE after trying an inexpensive powder from a plant that has been used in and around India for thousands of years literally . Its called SHATAVARI ( wild asparagus root ) and a number of women were able to have a baby after using it and this was after they had tried fertility clinics which didn't work and gave up . It's very inexpensive ; you can buy it at most Indian grocers ... I think I paid about $5 ... of course if you get it online you might pay more and there's a number of videos here about it . I read that the best quality is more of a yellowish color but I haven't only seen it in a dark White . Over time it slowly reverses or prevents aging by working on the deepest layers of the skin and slowly working its way outward . It works by PURIFYING the various fluids in the body including the REPRODUCTIVE system . You're supposed to take it with a high-quality fat like milk and also some ghee added to it . And I read you're also supposed to take it with ashwagandha which is also very good for you and is an adaptogen that helps get rid of depression and negativity , and helps you sleep better at night . You will see people who have not done their research give wrong information about it , for example women saying it increases the estrogen (which it does not ) and you will also see men saying ashwagandha increases the testosterone ( which it does not ) What these to do is they BALANCE the HORMONES . You might want to look into this and give it a try . You could end up conceiving a child ... please look at the various videos .

To anyone who wishes to have DID, here is why you SHOULDN'T want to have DID. When we are children, we have yet to develop a fully integrated identity. We are all born with several "ego states" so when severe or repeated trauma happens before the ages 6-9 (when the child's mind starts to fully develop), with no support given to cope with the trauma, these ego states fail to merge into one distinct identity, thus creating amnesia barriers in between so that the "host" can go on living without the memory of the trauma. The trauma they went through as a child before the ages 6-9 was so traumatic to the point the mind goes "nope, I can't do this, I cannot cope, I cannot survive, I think I'm gonna die" and thus splits into several alternate state of consciousness. This is how people with DID survive. This is our coping mechanism. So, please, I urge you, not to feel envious of people who had to experience horrendous things happening to them as a CHILD. It's not always a party, it's not something to romanticise having.

wait...the subtle eyeroll at 21:16 from oprah....like she wanted the daughter to hate her mom? That daughter loves her mom and has accepted her for who she/he is. that is loyalty and love. I also love in the beginning how the mom fought for her daughter, to keep her, and made sure to get the help she needed, and pulled it off. She loves her child so much! Its not her fault she has this disorder! And social services stressed her out further, taking away the nurturing Bonny personality her daughter needed. I think shes a great mom with a huge heart and lots of talent. I feel sorry for the whole situation, but I love her strength to carry on. And I am so happy she has therapists who help her and her daughter get through it together. The mother obviously went through some trauma to have developed this, its like a coping mechanism, to escape the abuse, you detach from yourself in order to survive. I feel so so sorry for the mom that she was abused by sick perverts! She said they bribed her with candy, and zapped her. What sick evil people! They blurred out the painting of what they had done to her. So sad, I could only imagine her pain as a 12 year old girl going through that alone, no one to turn to. Theres a novel, a VERY sad novel I warn you, but with a positive ending. They made a movie on it too called Sybil played by Sally Field about a girl who was sexually abused by her own mom as a child and developed multiple personalities then, but she got help as she got older and I think a lot of her personalities dropped off then. There is a chance with the right therapy all of the extra personalities could go away for good, its just patching up the trauma. There is always hope in everything.

Actually, i too had read the book & watched movie of "Sybil". It's actually been confirmed that it was a convoluted notion, due to the pressure of the psychiatrist, which triggered 'Sybil' to have false memory syndrome. Before Sybil went to see the Dr., doctor's focus of study & dissertation was on MPD, & was actively seeking any said patient who had MPD, who would have the disorder. So, through drugs, etc. & which had become a pseudo mother/daughter inappropriate relationship, the notes were discovered & the story basically fell apart, & had no truth to it. It's quite interesting, if you ever want to research what they know about that story in the millennium. Thanks.
@fairymangafanfairytail6644
@fairymangafanfairytail6644 3 месяца назад
It's an old thread but I want to clarify for people who might still stumble across this comment. In 'Sybil' movie the alters ( which is the modern term for 'personalities' ) integrated back into a whole person. Now we know it is not always the case and not necessarily a realistic goal to strive for. While there are as many forms of Dissociative Identity Disorder ( modern term for 'Multiple Personalities Disorder ) as there are people with it, integration back to a singleton personality is still an exception rather than the norm. It is also not always the 'original' person being the host ( term used for the alter being the most in the body, in this case Patricia ). The 'original' often go dormant ( dormant as in will not wake again, but just in case we don't say de*d ). It irked me the host of this show kept referring to Patricia as Kim, since Kim is just the body's birth name. Added fact, it has been scientifically proven as well that each alter use the brain differently, as well as others more noticeable external differences. It is now not considered an illness. You can search up those articles yourselves with internet!

The strength and courage it took for those ladies. Including Trudy to lay themselves bare on nationwide tv.

I have never in my life wanted to take pain away from another as I do for Kim. She's trapped in a way no one has the right to do to another person. Shame on whoever did this to her!

Wow, as interesting as this is it's also so tragic. I'm so blessed that I was able to get through my abuse without this type of thing happening to me. It's true, that if you've been abused it's important to talk and talk and talk to whoever will listen. People will tell you to stop talking about it because it makes them uncomfortable, but it's healing for the abused. For so many years I was so angry at everyone around me that they didn't understand me or believe me. I met Jesus one day and gave my life to Him and He helped me get rid of the anger and start the forgiveness journey. I was finally FREE! Those memories, even the little ones stick like glue. I've tried to write my story a few times, but I get disgusted and can't read it back so I let it go and give it to God so that I can continue my healing. Like these women, I was abused since I was a baby. Until I was able to stand up to my dad and say "no more! The trauma continued until he died when I knew he couldn't hurt another child. I taught my kids at a young age to speak out if anyone tried to touch their bodies. That is what is lacking in this world, people protect the abuser (for whatever reason) instead of protecting the children.

She’s fine, she’s in her twenties and is doing really well. There is a vice doc about this woman that is more recent. They have a great relationship and I believe that the Oprah show baited that whole reaction where she cried. I mean, I’m sure it affected her, but at the end of the day pat and the other personalities love her very much.

@@stopbeinginsecure4786 I dont think Oprah milked her crying because I felt her pain but I also thought her response would be that she missed her real mother... someone she lost at the age of 8 if I remember correctly.
