You know, watching your application leads me to believe that I am applying too much foundation on the whole. I love a dewy finish but usually require more coverage for my rosacea and now I’m thinking I have been over doing it. You added the smallest amount and what an impact it made! 🥳👌🧞♂️
Hi, I’m sorry if you feel this is an invasive remark but I also had rosacea & the combo May Lindstrom Blue Cocoon, The Youth Dew & her Jasmine spray has literally fixed my problems. They are super expensive but it’s worth it imo. Again sorry if you are offended, I just have found them to be such a miracle to my skin issues that I want to tell everyone that has similar issues. In fact I gifted some of the samples I got from my orders and my friend is using her products also now.
Michele, I have no intention on buying this product, but you're through reviews and soothing voice is great to watch. I watch your content almost daily as aspiration.

Love this soft matte almost minimalist look with this foundation. Hopefully this becomes your HG matte foundation suited to your skin type. I say it's definitely youthful-looking and compliments you nicely!

Hi Michele: Called the Nordstrom beauty hotline and had my color checked for this new Clea de Peau foundation. Your two colours were either too yellow (010) or too peach (020) for me. My color was BF 10 which is a beige neutral....the only true neutral this rep said as she could see. Also ordered the high coverage brush you used. Can hardly wait to get them. Nordstrom has a GWP with a Clea de Peau purchase.... call the beauty hotline if anyone has questions. Thanks for the review...loved it!

I REALLY think you would like their radiant multi-repair oil. It dries down so beautifully and looks / feels wonderful under my foundation. Has that CDP fragrance (but doesn’t really bother me as it dissipates quickly} but the way it makes my skin feel is so worth it. I tried a sample and actually got the big bottle. No regrets.

It looks amazing! I wonder if you could test it with a mask! I am looking for a new matte foundation that can last at least 80% through mask wearing 😅 so far, laura mercier longwear works but it can look “worn” after 6-7hours + mask wearing

The Chanel Ultra Le Teint velvet works wonderful for me and I have dry mature skin. I apply a thin layer avoiding under the eyes and use concealer for that area instead. This Cle De Peau foundation seems like another winner 😊 hmmm I’m might need to get it🤔💸💸💸
That has to be the loveliest matte foundation I've ever seen. I have dry skin like you, so most matte base products are a no-go, but this Cle De Peau foundation applied & wore beautifully on you! The EM Cosmetics tubing mascara is going to come home with me - I adore a really good tubing mascara, & I loved how feathery, yet very natural it looked on your lashes. Thank for the review. I’m a lot older than you and been having trouble finding the ones that fits me. Been using Chanel over 20 years , nothing else works after I turned 52, and so far only CC cream 20 was good but it is out of stock. Cle de peau is so expensive but I will give it a try. Should use cle de peau tinted UV cream underneath it? Again, thank you for the review!
You are looking wonderful Michale! I was curious about The foundation so happy to see your nice review. I love CDP especially base makeup items - Their cream foundation which I believe their longest-seller foundation is my favorite. It’s nice coverage but my skin won’t get damaged like other high coverage foundation. Have you tried that? I appreciate their quality more as I get aged ( now late 40s) because their products never emphasize my pores and looks nice and fresh all day. Yes it’s costs extra but it totally worth it!
I love the Cle De Peu radiant corrector for eyes. I picked it up following your review and I am shocked by how long it lasts (both on my face and in the tube). I'm ready for a replacement as well. I feel like I blow through the YSL Touch e'clat, but this lasts and is gorgeous. Its good for light/no powder days and I think I like it as much as the Dior. Hard to say though because the Dior forever concealer is just ridiculously good. After a year or so of feeling like every concealer accentuated my undereyes, I finally feel like my concealer game is strong. And I appreciate these because I am on a similar search for a matte foundation. I'm finishing the Smashbox that released last year, which, if you have to work 15 hours straight while talking with a group of people is bulletproof, but it is so intense in terms of coverage. Full on mask. Even when I mix it with a serum foundation. Mask. So it's been helpful for me professionally, but yikes, I would prefer something less intense, especially considering I generally prefer light to medium, leaning light, coverage.

You should try Chanel Ultra Le Teint (not Ultra Le Teint Velvet). Beautiful semi-matte finish with a slight glow and very creamy texture. I have oily skin but I imagine it would be great for combination dry skin.
I have combo/oily skin but really hate matt foundations because all that i've tried so far made me look older somehow which is the last thing I want from makeup))) now you are tempting me to try this one, maybe it would become my holy grail😅

Have you seen the new CDP collection? I didn't even know there was one until I was browsing on Bergdorfs this morning. There's a LE luminizing face enhancer, eyeshadow quad, lipsticks and some skincare. I'm definitely considering the luminizing face enhancer.
I am having similar air quality and color effects here in San Francisco whenever the wind direction changes 😔. Sunrise and sunsets look eerie... like as if it was Mars! Hopefully this doesn’t repeat every year!

Michele your video came out at the perfect time! I literally just finished looking at Suqqu's renewed cream foundation as I am looking for a nice foundation for the coming fall/winter! I loved the old Suqqu cream but this one claims to look better with wear time and provides a beautiful lived-in look. Now I think I need to seek this out and test (buy!?) it. Maybe you can consider testing out the Suqqu as well!
Right...I tried to match to this foundation and matched to two diffrent shades** Im defintly getting this foundation...I have always wanted the more expensive one but its a little out of my price range !! This foundation just SPOKE to me for some reason** Its going to be my first Cle De peau

Cle De peau has been on my wish list for awhile now..I plan to do a Cle DP haul pretty soon...I have admired those cream blushes...Finally purchased the La Mer powder and the new NARS foundation *) I want a few cream blushes, the new CDP foundation, and the concealer !! Those will be my first from the brand** With the price tag thats already over 300$ and the foundation brush YIKES mamma of 4 on a budget so...I will enjoy these goodies once I get my hands on them and dedicate my experience to "MICHELLE", made me buy it
Hello! I’m a fan. I’m glad the foundation has titanium dioxide, because most foundations and skincare that have chemical sun protection give me allergies.
Looks good, I think I like the 20 better then 10. I went to buy this foundation and the sales person was very nice, since we can not try it on she gave samples to try so I then know what to order.

I think I use too much product when I apply foundation and I’m going to try using less and see if I get a better result. Adore that eye shadow look and your check ins were fantastic. My car is covered in ash from the fires and the air is just gross. Try and stay inside still today and keep Miss Butters in too !! Love ya ♥️♥️
