I'm a huge fan of the no budge eye sticks. They're good as an eye primer. Works good for dry eye lids like mine which most eye primers are for greasier lids.
@@BreyonnaFaye I use bombshell and and perfect perl, tho the matte makes a bette base, but the shimmery one works as a base too. Would be nice if they had some skin tone shades in the matte ones.
I recently tried the Elf Lash Beats mascara and LOVE IT!! It's super lengthening and makes my lashes look longer than any other mascara. I have been using the Sky High mascara, but the elf actually is better! The hydrating camo concealer is my holy Grail! I will never stray from it as long as they keep selling it! I also love the lippie with the clear heart in the middle. It's like a glossy looking lip color, but can just be a hint of color if you want or you can build it up. Love the halo glow powder as well! Now that you mention it, I use mostly elf products on my face now! I use the putty bronzer and blushes as well. I never really cared for the CC cream because I found it to be very cakey looking on my skin, and I usually never have that problem with base products.
I dont think Ive ever heard about the Lash Beats mascara! I'll have to check it out next time I go to the store. I use a huge amount of their face products too! I wish the putty bronzers and blushes had better packaging though because I hate jamming my fingers into them because it always gets underneath my nails. Yeah Im not a huge fan of the CC Cream much anymore. Its ok for when I want coverage, but definitely not my first pick for foundation. I wish they had a tinted moisturizer like the Rare Beauty one or a serum type. Im actually surprised they haven't launched one yet.
@@BreyonnaFaye So one thing I don't like about the Lash Beats mascara is it is kinda smudgy. Sucks because I love it otherwise! But definitely is one to wear during the colder months when you're not sweating. I wish the putty blush and bronzer packaging was bigger (wider) because it's hard to get my brush in there. But I can't complain otherwise! I also wish they had a tinted moisturizer or serum too!! That's more my jam! Anything natural and dewy looking.
I do too lol. A lot of times I reach for their stuff over the high end because its just that bomb. I haven't tried that foundation before, how's the coverage? what's it similar to?
@@BreyonnaFaye it’s a medium coverage and I really don’t know what to compare it to because I had dry skin for so long and was only wearing tinted moisturizers or foundation powder up until now. My skin has changed and I can tolerate foundation again without the dry patches and elf was the first brand I jumped on because they really haven’t let me down yet. I honestly only like to spend more money on eyeshadow because I think everything else I can go with the more affordable products and they still work amazingly!
@@nataleen2623 oh no 😩 it sucks when your skin changes and you have to try new things. I’m high school I had oily skin so when my skin started getting dry it was a hot mess to figure out. Honestly I’m the same with eyeshadow too lol. Don’t get me wrong I love my drugstore makeup but the eyeshadows just don’t always have the same vibrancy or vibe I’m going for. Lately I feel like they’ve gotten better though!
@@BreyonnaFaye I’ve definitely used eye shadows from the drugstore that are better than Urban Decay and those kind of brands, but I like buying palettes from brands like Lunar Beauty and Nomad and I also collect single shadows from various brands like Clionadh. So since I spend there, the rest of my stuff is pretty affordable, except I might grab a high end lipstick here and there. Yeah my skin and hormones have been all over the place the past 10 years 😂
