As someone who wears blue eyeshadow everyday (it fits my 80s aesthetic lmao) I can say that if it’s done right, you get SO MANY compliments on it!! It actually shocked me when I started wearing blue eyeshadow just how many people noticed and complimented it. It’s probably just more eye catching

Elf was the best growing up. Like you said, it was cheap *and yes some items were not great* but for the most part some items were holy grail for me like the concealer, the eyelid blending brush, the GEL EYELINER. I used to get SOOO many compliments on the gel eyeliner. It taught me how to apply eyeliner with a brush, it's a lost art honestly.
@@missbeaussie I think they do but I haven’t worn it for a few years. I got better at liquid eyeliner and made the switch but gel eyeliner was just chefs kiss 😚👌

@@MommyTiffany It may not be as "bold" as some, that is true but, for people who usually only wear neutrals or a winged liner, even pale blue can seem "bold".

NGL I wish ELF would do some throwback $1 products. They had some products I really liked. I bought them while I was in college and I still have them (even though theyre definitely expired). I'm so sad they dont make them anymore because I used to wear them literally every day.
Tip for the too much pigment problem: dip your brush in your setting powder and go over where the contour or blush is too much. I learned this from LipstickNick, she calls it veiling 😇 hope this helps! ♥️

You definitely need to try the cream putty blush from Elf! It's amazing! Oh and the putty primer is one of my favorite purchases ever from Elf :) Love your videos!!!!
Mia!!! Don’t apply the primer to your face directly from the dropper/applicator it touches your face and then you put it back in the container… bacteria 😮… That being said, I’m thrilled to see a new full face video! 🎉
Elf is literally my fav as an adult 😁 imcluding the skincare! The prices definitely went up a bit since their $1 products, but it's still so affordable and if you just order when you have quite the list, therr are always some great discounts 😍

Hi, Mia! Would you consider doing a full face of indie brands? Very few people do them, unfortunately. Kaleidos is an amazing brand but it's expensive and I'd like to know your opinion before purchasing more. GlamShop would be intresting in my opinion. It is a Polish brand that has got next-level shimmers and here in Poland it is a very famous brand. I think you'd love those products! Lots of love to you and your family!
Love e.l.f. Cosmetics that have great pigmentation and payoff, while it doesn’t costs you an expensive sushi dinner. Also, love that they are cruelty-free.
Hey Mia! You should try elate cosmetics. They are a sustainable brand and B corp certified. You buy a bamboo pallet and buy your products to fill it up and when you done you can recycle the aluminum makeup holder and replace the product for your pallet! I’m also pretty sure they ship from Canada!
Miaaa love you so much!! I suggest you to never put the applicator of the serum on your face. Even if you cleaned your face before, bacteria can be on that and than you insert that back to the serum. You should put it on your hand, than your face or put it by the applicator but not touching your face😊
8:46 my eyebrows are the same only half of one is missing but I still draw on both ends bc you can tell which one is real 😂 the brown is never the right shade and black is too dark lol

the first video i saw from mia was a elf makeup one, i'm from brazil and in here we don't have elf nowhere, the minute i stepped in usa for a trip i went to cvs and bought a primer she recommended ❤️ now every time i use it i remember about mia

Love these full face one brand ones💜💜💜 I use a lot of the e.l.f. makeup products, and my biggest tip is: Make sure the base products you use(concealer, foundation, primer) are all either silicone-based, or water-based(water ones don't dry out the skin, while silicone can). If you mix a water-based concealer like the hydrating camo concealer, with a silicone-based foundation like the flawless finish foundation, they will separate and get "cakey" after a while on the skin. I'd go with the 16-hour camo concealer instead since it's silicone-based. If you check the ingredients list & see words ending in -cone, it's silicone based.💜
