@@AmyLovesMakeup Aura of Synergy (purple/pink/gold) and Gocha Glow (beautiful golden bronze) are my favourites! You've reminded me to reuse them again. They've been sitting in my drawer for awhile.

Also I feel like my face has been waiting to come into fashion. I naturally have really dewy skin and thick fluffy brows and for most of my life I've been living in a matte/thin brow world 🤣😂🤣😊

I am the opposite with dry skin and thin brows but have always wanted fluffy brows and dewy skin. Lol so even when I matched the "trendy" look I didnt want to.

I'm thinking that skin balm would also be great for going over sparkly highlighters and preventing glitter fallout, as well as giving that cream look, which looks so beautiful! I think I should go for it!

I just discovered that clear balm and ordered it. CAN'T WAIT to use it. I like that it's a highlighter but has a clear base because a lot of products have way too much pigment and leave a blinding white or gold cast. Good to know you can use it over powders as well 😉

Thank you for reviewing this Amy! You’re the only one that said you had better loose face powders. I had that in my cart and I took it out! I was thinking the same thing.. It’s hard to beat Lancôme! I own that and hourglass! Why do I need this? Well, I did buy her “set and seal” I will be making some products that keep moving around a slap of that and see it that won’t make that stay put!

I also have dry skin and loooove looking dewy and glowy with meat sweats like Theresa would say, so all these products look so amazing to me. I have the dew balm and am so exited to try it over powders since I usually never wear a powder blush. I love how your skin looks Amy you are radiant! =)

Hi Amy! The vision cover is not technically a foundation it is meant to be a concentrate! If you don't dilute it with an oil or any type of hydrating agent you will waste almost half the product for no reason, bring attention to any dry patches you may have, and compromise your wear time! There are affordable organic rosehip oils you can buy on amazon if you don't want to go with the danessa myricks beauty oil, but I find oil gives me the best finish. I noticed you said you love glowy finishes, and i think if you give this application a try you will fall in love!

I have such a hard time getting a glowy base because my oils tend to break down a glowy primer faster. I'm really intrested to try the balm!!!

I already have that glow, but it’s because my skin is too oily. Now that it’s hot, I literally look like I’m wearing one of those wet looking colorless highlighters on my face but it’s my oils. It’s even reflective! 😂🤢 I’ll look into the brand! I still like the aesthetic even if I need more matte products. I use more hydrating and glowly products in the depths of winter. 😆❤️

Hey miss! Love your Tutorial! Can you tell me does powder highlighter has any glitter/sparkles in it? I like my highlighters without it completely, just wet and shine. Some Highlighters show their sequence only in Sun Light and then i look like Edward cullen

Looks gorgeous. Random question - I think I want to make a little palette of single shadows and I am trying to pick a brand. For a beginner who needs something easy to work with and blend but doesn't want to have to layer things a million times, is there a brand in particular you would recommend? Sydney Grace? Lethal cosmetics? Terra Moons? I think I want to stick with mattes and shimmers and foils - I can't afford to shell out for crazy multichromes at the moment.

Amy, have you ever tried the Dew Balm as an eye gloss or anything? Does it seem to break down the makeup underneath or make it crease?

I haven’t tried it on the eyes and for my skin it doesn’t breakdown the makeup underneath. It wears really pretty. The glow goes down a little throughout the day.

you definitely "need" the prism fx in the peach colour, it would be soooo up your ally I think! I can imagine you applying it on top of your cheeks or cheekbones after blush! or before cream blush. orrr just as a primer of course. oh those colours mix well too. the one you have has some blue reflect in it next to pink as you probably noticed so you could prime with that one in the center and the other one outwards... 😆 oh well I'm fantasizing lol I just think this is totally your colour. it's not dark btw, just not as icy and cool-toned as the other one

I've been using(and loving) the RMS clear luminizer. Same principle as the Dew Balm. Doesn't emphasize aging skin. Actually makes me look more youthful.😁 When I finish the RMS, which is much smaller, I'll try the Dew Balm. Thanks Amy💚💚💚💚

Does the foundation settle into smile lines/wrinkles. I have dry skin, but I also have mature skin.

I would say it settles into lines as the day goes on. Not terribly but I think it has to do with my skin being so dry

This is probably an unpopular opinion, but I think full coverage is just meant for oily skin. I mean you can make it work for drier skin by adding squalene oil or a moisturizer.

that is true in the classic way people apply makeup on themselves learned through youtube or whatever, but "great" (super subjective, I know 🙈) makeup artist would almost never apply full coverage all over but use the full coverage foundation/concentrate (danessa is not calling this a foundation on purpose) only where it's needed, like spot concealing or making the thinnest layers. like having a moisturized prepped base or a dry oil down, cause that makes it easier to thin things out of course 🙂 so it's not for one skintype or another but depends on how much coverage the person "needs". I personally prefer using targeted colour correcting though as that means using less product 😁

I typically do the same thing I spot concealer with high coverage and go on with lighter coverage all over. This foundation from DM is the only full coverage one I own 😅
