ma'am im sorry to inform you but the girl at the nyx counter confirmed to me two weeks ago they've discontinued their gel liner, she said that usually means that they'll come out with something new or similar. I'll keep you in my prayers during this trying time

love how in every video, without fail, halfway thru she's like "this is the worst, its trash, i hate it" and at the end she's like "THIS IS AMAZING" like yes girl give us that emotional rollercoaster, give us that character development
trixie always being like: "i looove this brand, we'll be doing a full face with this brand..." but ends up cheating and dragging it hahaha i love that im here for it
as a black girl the makeup advice doesn't do much for me in particular, but there's just something cathartic about seeing you panic and struggle but somehow turn it out by the end of (nearly) every video. also there's something very humble about knowing you get these products from drugstores like most of us do
My 8 year old daughter loves Trixie and always watches over my shoulder. She demanded to look like her so we had a makeup night and had a BLAST! I hope Trixie knows how magical she is and I want to say thank you for inspiring a fun night full of memories and photos
That's so cute, honestly drag queens that look like Trixie or Kim are like princess doll clowns (genuine compliment) so I'm not surprised kids might like their whole aesthetic

If they want to socially transition ie long/short hair baggy/tight clothes that’s fine. Also bottom surgery has huge issues with self harm. Wishing you love and happiness and many years with family.
The only thing that scared me more than the lackluster colors of that palette was glimpsing Trixie's fluffy chair and thinking it was some crazy long pit hair.

What's crazy is how *normal* Trixie's makeup looks to me on her now. It's like "aaaaah 🤗, there's my sweet biological woman friend" When she first caught my eye in her Drag, her lewk was a bit jarring to me, but now?! Perfection. (*Chef kiss* 😘💋)
Trixie is, perhaps, the only person to LOVE makeup more than my mum, who passed away on Saturday at the age of 97. Glamorous to the end, her nurse said that while every other patient asked for their emergency buzzer, mum constantly asked for her lipstick, which she would apply flawlessly without a mirror!💋
So cute. Reminds me of my grandma who I went to see in the hospital before she passed, she was weak, on dialysis, had bad vision, and what did she say? "Is that a new coat you were just wearing just now? Is it wool?" Lmao, and according to a nurse she would make sure the people helping her get dressed in her lounge suits were picking out the right pants-sweater combo, absolute style icon until the very end
My aunt just passed on Tuesday...and she also loved makeup and glamor and all that. (I always joked that she was the best dressed one at my wedding...me included!) Just to keep my mind from going to the worst places, I've been playing Trixie's videos in the background while I'm working. Just realized that the last gift my aunt bought me (for this past Christmas) was the eyeshadow palette Trixie is using here. She said "Since all we see of each other nowadays is our eyes, I thought some funky eyeshadows would be fun!"
Ikr I was like, Tracy... but I suppose maybe she's thinking that she mostly does brown or pink shadow every time she gets in drag so the percentage of really colourful looks over more monochrome ones is small
Yes I was going to suggest this! Their new(ish) foundation and concealer is like PAINT, and they have the best shadow formula in their price range, EASY. She would die.

MAC Shivering White. Its not a setting powder, its more like a pure white powder foundation. Its very opaque so I guess I, personally, would consider it a matte white eyeshadow.
I fully agree with your review of all these products. I’m realizing that my taste in makeup is very drag. Like there’s a little drag queen inside me wanting to come out. I just started doing burlesque! So I’m hoping your videos help me when it comes to stage makeup
I remember when I started drag and I bought that Nyx foundation and struggled with it for about a year thinking it was me. Glad to see that wasn't the case
Urban decay’s stay naked concealers work sooo well for dry skin. They have a “pure white” shade that they call a “customizer” instead of concealer, and I use it for SO much. I mix it with others or use it on its on. I like the stay naked foundation a lot, too. Their undertone and shade options in both foundation AND concealer are awesome. Also love their naked liquid(“fluid”) highlighter in “sin”, if anyone who likes a beautiful, naturalish, dewy glow instead of a beaming, obvious, glittery highlight
So I just discovered your channel and Trixie, you are a gift. Immediate subscribe. I've loved drag queens and drag culture basically most of my adult life, but I always felt like I wasn't... allowed to? That it wasn't "for" me because I'm a cis woman. Heck, not even the makeup parts really apply to me since I've never cared about that sort of thing. But the amazing transformations, the over-the-top looks, the glamour, the larger-than-life personalities, the sheer joy that drag queens always seem to exude... I've always loved it all, but also always felt like I shouldn't say so, because like I said, it's not "for" me. Watching your videos, though, helps me enjoy a culture I've always loved in a way that feels... welcoming? Accessible? Something like that. Like it's totally okay for me to be here enjoying your channel as my undefinable self.
I love how Trixie starts out having problem after problem and then pulls it together in the end. If they discontinue the white gel liner, will you make your own Trixie?
