I don’t mind a bit of rough and tumble. Instead of breaking them up constantly the ref should have told them to punch and get out. I love those short punches on the inside, that’s where a lot of damage can be done. Okolie was constantly mauling instead of punching up close, so deserved to have points taken away. The second and third knockdowns was a farce, they were never knockdowns, but the ref was so fed up of the mauling he decided to call them knock downs, which was what cost Okoli the fight. CBS was given that fight by Okolie’s lack of ring IQ.

I was supposed to play Xbox with three mates after this fight ended but they all went awol. It put them to sleep. I’m not even joking 😂

Yet, when I say: “The smaller divisions are infinitely better, and infinitely more entertaining than the Heavy Divisions… People act like I’m saying “the Moon is made of Cheese”. It doesn’t matter how bad the Cruiser/HW Fights are… It doesn’t matter how much better, or how insane-the 105-118 lb. Fights are… People still want to watch the Big guys, and they still don’t want to watch the smaller guys. It really is a shame.
