Kimura is kind of like Ippo. They both need a goal to move forward and make progress. Only difference is their fighting styles, but they definitely have similar mind sets. Hopefully they both learn from each other and have success
I love how Kimura has a total confidence in Ippo's fate in him. It is litteraly Kamina "Believe in me believing in you" Realy hope Ippo's returning to the ring will not stop this story line...
One of the best scenario a fanboy could have Mashiba leaves the Lightweigh OPBF Championship, and become a World Champion. Kimura become the new Japan Jr Lightweigh Champion Aoki become the new Japan Lightweigh Champion Kimura and Aoki fight for the OPBF Lightweigh Championship and ending their rivalry. ( Kimura will win the OPBF belt)
Kimura and Aoki cannot fight because they belong to the same gym. One of them has to leave. I theorize that Kimura will train in Miyata's gym, or Ippo will continue training Kimura and Aoki will go somewhere if that happens
Kimura will never fight Aoki, and Aoki will never fight Kimura. If you remember the series you know that Kimura sacrifices weight cutting for Aoki to stay in Lightweight division, it would be stupid if Kimura challenges Aoki for OPBF title coz Kimura's weight cutting sacrifice would be nonsense. And the other reason they'll never fight in pro ring is that they both on the same Gym.
@@confleyz5315 that would be imposible for sure. The plot about mashiba is already focusing on him entering the world stage. And takamura is trying to trigger kimura and everytime they talk about iga it seems that kimura is more serious about iga's profile rather than aoki's eagerness to eliminate iga his title. Anyway around, whatever happens with the story, everything will be interesting
Kimura really can be Japanese Champion Tier if he wasnt limited by his Weight division as well as be confident in his Style(Hes more of an Infighter if im being honest)
Imo he really needs a goal to drive him. Since the last time he had a clear goal was obtaining the belt from Mashiba. He's basically lost right now in terms of what he wants to achieve which really hinders his ability/motivation to train past his limits and if not for Aoki wanting a rematch with Iga he would've retired by now.
Yes it is. Ippo not only is learning, is also seeing things he did wrong, as well seeing the career of boxing from outside the ring. He feels conflicted between coming back and staying out of harms way. The only thing he needs is a strong reason to motive him to return to the ring.
Tittie Sprinkles Tittie Sprinkles the manga is far to an end yet. Sendo and Alfredo are about to fight for the chance to fight Ricardo, with his fight against Iga, Mashiba is ready to be a world contender, Miyata has to move on and stop waiting a fight against Ippo soon, and Ippo’s boxing skills are higher than ever and just needs a motive to make a comeback. And let’s not forget that there’s to appear other boxers because that’s not Morikawa’s style waste them like that.
@@tittiesprinkles5164 he better not ending the manga, yet. Ippo vs. Miyata has been anticipated for far too long. It will suck if the manga ends without a conclusion to this love-rivals...
Future Kimura Champion by me: Orthodox and Southpaw Out-fighter and In-fighter Fast Footwork Feints Dragon Fish Blow (more faster and strongly) Uppercut + Dragon Fish Blow (like White Fang) Body Blows more fasters like Hayanami Shotgun
MANGA SPOILER BELOW Ippo lost to Gonzales' powerful counter in a brutal fight like against Sendo part 2, he experienced minor symptoms of punch drunk or CTE so Kamogawa, based on his suspicions, put him off for months to recover. Then Ippo fully recovered in his own words, made his comeback match with evolved Dempsey Roll and lost against a southpaw. He knew he has those minor symptoms so he was prepared to lose and ended his own boxing career. He was called in as a second for Shinoda for Kimura, Aoki and Itagaki since Kamogawa was sick (he recovered). Ippo hit a highschool boy with open-palm hand due to the boy using techniques he learnt from Ippo to bully others, so he shaved his hair as a punishment and to show his remorse for his action to Kamogawa, who in turn decided his punishment will be to coach the boy he hit, who admired Ippo because of his hit and apologized for mistreating his lessons. Right now, Ippo is still a coach, a second to other boxers and traveled multiple times to Mexico to learn more about boxing by witnessing Gonzales' and Martinez's matches
Mantuvo su alto ranking en los super plumas de Japón. Realmente es principalmente una pelea de desarrollo de personaje tanto para Kimura como para Ippo siendo su segundo principal en esta pelea.
Ippo nearly killed him in training and he didn’t make the weight, so he grabbed Kimura while unconscious and shaved him, forcefully carrying him to the weight management 😂
Ippo wants to be a good second, so for this fight Kimura had a bad weight control and it seemed impossible to lose weight. The situation was so maddening that Ippo decided to cut off any hair of Kimura's body hoping it'd make him lose enough weight. Ippo is bald because he's him and thought that would prove he's that committed to be a second and make Kimura feel better.
