Well, here we go again with another amazing flight! How was the food, and what did you have? Of course, you can't beat business class; it's almost as good as first class! Keep up the great work!
Being Singapore Airlines the food and service were once again outstanding. Appetiser was Cured Salmon with dill, asparagus, mesclun salad, salmon roe and mustard dill dressing. Main Course was Pan Seared Halibut Fillet in Olive Caper Tomato Sauce with grilled vegetable and couscous. Dessert was Haagen Dazs Strawberry Ice Cream. It means alot to us that you enjoy the uploads. Thanks again for your support.
@@windowseatgazing Halibut is my favorite type of fish, and I really hope I can get some this year. I think this may not be a year which halibut is fished, but I don't know. It's been overfished in the past, and Alska had to put a stop to fishing it every year. Thanks so much for your reply, and I do love these videos!
