Did you have to bring anything with you for the interview

@@Ipromiseyounobodyismad hey, just clocked out a few minutes ago from work actually. All you want to bring is a résumé and that’s it!!! Just to look professional and stuff and be nicely dressed but not too overdressed

I have an interview tmrw, also in Florida, and the manager had asked me bunch of interview type questions when I went into the store just to talk to him and then the next day he called and said that he wants to do an interview. You think its gonna be an actual interview or like how yours went?

@@mikeblair06 it’s probably going to a standard interview, so just make sure to review the standards of Publix and review interview questions that are common, try to say how you’re trying to help out family and stuff too, bring a resume too, and at the beginning and end, give a handshake, thank him for his time, important, SMILE AND BE FRIENDLY!!!!

@@mikeblair06 also, this may sound weird or funny, but I tried making myself seem a little autistic or borderline autistic because usually Publix is forced to hire those types of workers, just seem too overly friendly

@@caseycaven5280 it was a bit nerve racking. i showed up 10 minutes early and he asked me questions like “why work at publix?” he also said “which position would you like to take. bagger or stocker” i said bagger because its more engaging in offering the required friendliness in helping people. i regret saying that bc i didnt realize that both positions are very talkative. he said i was impressed and ive never had a job interview since im in high school

i wore blue jeans and a black button down with white shoes

for people that are gonna be interviewed do not overdress and do ask questions that are well thought out
