All this from someone who tells his staff if they don't agree with his policies to work at a fast food place. Not to mention has staff working the position of at least 6 staff members. He absolutely isn't the "man for the job!"
He only cares for the inmates. Not the staff, not the victims, not the public. We have to work multiple positions because he wants to cut down on overtime. He lies about our staffing levels getting better when most of our complexes have 30-55 % vacancies. That poor food service worker was assaulted in the restroom last sept because he always the units to run understaff.
