(Results may vary) Let me know what you enjoyed about this chat and let me know who I should reach out to as the next guest! Enjoy :)

I ALSO LOVE SEEING THE LIGHT BULB GO OFF IN HER EYES WHEN SHE'S IS DOING REACTIONS TO METAL VIDS AND REALIZING THAT THOSE TYPE OF SINGERS ARE SUPER TALENTED..THX FOR DOING THIS....PEACE...
Just (13 Dec 2022 for those in the future) shared this with a Friend who's an admin in a Facebook group, so it'll be seen there-hope you get more views! 🤘
Im a guitarist that doesn't drum or sing yet find myself watching so many drum and vocals reactions. This is so cool this intersection of these two. I feel privileged listening to them. This totally made me day.
@@AndrewRooneyDrums I am a bit late to this party as i only discovered Elizabeth recently then discovered your channel. But its channels like yours , Elizabeths, Rick Beato etc that I think my god the Internet is such an amazing thing. Even with all the crap out there, there is still so much potential for positivity, learning and creativity!!!
Elizabeth is an amazing performer and amazing youtube personality. I only found her channel 2 months ago and it has changed my look and experience of music totally!!! Thank you Andrew for the interview...
Authenticity is the perfect word to describe Elizabeth. Her enthusiasm is infectious and yes, her face is amazingly expressive. I'm not a metal fan but I could listen to Elizabeth reading a phone book.
I adore this woman. She is simply brilliant in addition to being stunningly beautiful and the best sense of humor I've seen in ages in ages. I just absolutely love this woman. Her husband is one lucky dude.
Great chat and great video. Based on your conversation there is something I have always followed: if you're not ready or prepared to get no as answer then don't ask the question.
I am a huge fan of her channel. I love her passion and her insights. Her facial expressions make me smile and really makes me listen as I watch her. She is a class act. Thank you for the interview.
Passionate about drumming or singing and not either. Yep. No musical skill at all. But have learned through reactions that drumming and time signature changes are where my ear wants to go. Listen to everything; but favorties are Rush, Pink Floyd and (new last 3 mo.) Nightwish [thank you RU-vid]. A close second with Boston, ELP and Alan Parsons. Thank you (both) for supporting me on both sides. Huge fan of each of you.
How about Dimitri Hvoroskovski singing Moscow Nights with Anna Netrebko? I melted when I heard them. Check them out! It would be great for Elizabeth to respond to that recording.
I started out just casually watching her review Spirit of Radio by Rush...paid no real attention to it at first, but then, as if by magic....I've come to really love this lady(!)...I love her intelligent, lively and enthusiastic reactions to music that she may not be a full time listener of. She really has an engaging, cute and intelligent type of personna, with all these things alll going on at one time(!)
"Can anyone learn to sing?" Yes! Great question and Great answer, I've said for years that anyone can sing but they get so discouraged when they can't sing like their favorite artist.
Very glad you were able to do this interview with Elizabeth! For quite a while now I have thought to myself and wondered if the two of you were aware of each other and I thought you shared some common very positive qualities. I am not a musician but I cannot live without music. I was cruising RU-vid late one night checking out music videos and randomly ran across her channel. I had never watched a reaction channel before and the episode I stumbled onto was her reaction to Aurora doing Runaway at the 2015 Nobel Peace Prize concert. It literally changed my life in several ways. I instantly became absolutely addicted to Aurora's music, and I started watching more of Elizabeth's reactions. Then I started watching other reaction channels and ran across your channel, along with some others. I have always been a huge Blues lover and classic rock lover, but the different reaction channels have exposed me to more new (and some old) music I would never have heard otherwise. It has also increased my understanding and appreciation of some music I have listened to for 50 years. Another example of new music was her reaction to Jinjer's song Pisces. I have never cared for heavy metal vocals or guitar shredding in general, but that song opened me up to the possibility. Her reaction to Deep Purple's song Sweet Child In Time is an example of my new found appreciation for an old familiar song. Your reactions to Led Zeppelin and Yoyoka Soma were similar experiences. I think you both do great work and one thing that shines through is your genuine love of music and people in general. I wish I could afford to become a Patreon of a number of RU-vid reaction channels like both of yours. Thank you for what you do and I wish you continued success and fulfillment!
Thank you for the kind words and support Jeff. Don't feel bad about not being a patron. Just subbing and commenting is a fantastic way to support. It means the world to us :)
Thanks for the commentary on trolls and haters. Having looked at the feeds, I know they are parked at the bottom, but I still hated that those comments were there. Now, having heard your comments, I feel those comments will not bother me anymore. I just don't read to the end. Thanks to you both for being so grounded.
I don't want to dilute the wonder of this interview by chipping in with my thoughts . I have huge respect for both of you . There ,I chipped in ! what a great video . Peace and love to you both 👍🏻☮❤
Seeing your username, I just had to point you towards the song "Meet the Sloth" by Toehider. Coincidentally it's a song I provided to Elizabeth for a listen on a recent patron playlist. If you check it out, I hope you enjoy it! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-J6BT5XBBr88.html
I was so confused , I follow her on RU-vid!!! Great interview and love her so much. She has such a diverse way of analyzing music and funny ways of describing them. 🔥🔥
Can I just say wow, what a lady. I really love her approach to coaching and music. Thank you andrew, I know her from her reactions, especially Tatiana from Jinjer Pisces.
Wow, that's such an impressive resume you have there Elizabeth. It's amazing that your journey took you to where you are now. It must have been an incredible ride thus far for you!
Didn't disappoint as usual. Great interview! Great interaction between you two. Thanks for taking some time to respond to some of my comments. Get yourself a Sacred Hour mate!!!
Really cool to see someone from New Zealand were I live and do an interview with a vocal expert/youtuber. Plus I see you wearing a Warriors t-shirt. Mean as 🤘 Next year will be our year 🤣
I really can't say how either of you Andrew or Elizabeth came into my RU-vid life nor any of the other reaction channels I've watched in the past other than just popping up on my feed as a suggestion but, I'm SOOO happy and grateful they did and I discovered you guys! I not only enjoy seeing you guys' reactions (especially hers to metal songs) but I thoroughly love hearing certain takes that open my mind to things about songs or artists that I otherwise would have never considered! So, I thank you for what you're doing and, as long as you're here, I will be also! 🤘🏼💙🤘🏼
I am an old Metalhead from Germany. And I love both of you experience this type of music. And that this music is music too and there are very good musicians. Sorry for my english.
I enjoy your reaction videos. Thank you for all the very interesting videos. I decided to watch this and really enjoyed learning about your background. A lot like my own family and childhood. One thing jumped out at me and I'm curious if we may have a friend in common. You mentioned Berklee and your interest in music technology. My old friend and fellow rock and roller, Steve Croes was the dean of music technolgy there for several years and I just wondered if you knew him at Berklee. Steve was a drummer and we played in several bands together in the 70's and 80's before he went to Berklee.
For me it is very strange to find an interview like this since I admire both of you individually and seeing you together is just incredible. Your reactions cheer me up. I wish you all the best!
You sir just like to read my mind, lol! First Luke Holland, now I started watching Elizabeth's channel, and sure enough, you have a full interview together! Awesome stuff mate! PS. Love the shirt!
From and for two of my many UTubers Content Artist's thank you for posting this. Your care concerns your choices always make me smile and l'm sure other's in the audience agree. I truly appreciate your cutting out the negators. I know as having seen or heard many incredible songs, stories, music that are just beyond criticizing and yet they do. I decided these are that type of individual you discribed Elizabeth and Andy. It validated my choice so l don't feel is it just me. Big Hugs, Many thanks and Always wishing you two the best. I will be listening.
NO WAY! I just noticed this video (17:30ish BST/GMT, Fri 10th of September 2021, for the future times), and... 😵🤯 Yeah... Man, I sure was not expecting a chat between my favourite RU-vid drum teacher and RU-vid vocal coach! ✌👏👏👏 Alas, do not have the opportunity to watch until later tonight 😕...
I've been so busy, I didn't even know this had happened!!! What a lovely surprise! E is amazing, and this is the only other "reaction channel" I watch :D
Elizabeth I am a new singer but your advice is paramount. I always thought what you think of reality music shows like the voice and American Idol? I can’t sing high but I can so some falsettos on certain songs ..
Elizabeth listens with such a broad and musical ear.... it's not like she claims to be an expert on drums or guitars or anything else outside the human voice but..... that being said.... you can pretty much take her musical evaluations right to the bank. It has been wonderful to see her deep resounding love for metal that she has now develop in real time as she became more and more enamored with the vocal stylings of some of the best the genre had to offer, dio, dickinson, Tate etc... but that she had a very broad open mind to the extreme metal vocalist and to what is happening now within those circles. I think that she will be ultimately as influential and helpful for this generation of singers as Melissa Cross was in her era when she became someone who actually took that vocal styling seriously and wanted a new singers to be able to progress without hurting themselves. In short, we know that Elizabeth is in fact spoiled by metal, and bless her for that because she's probably going to add many many years on to the voices of entire generation of singers
The Broadway Actor/director/producer Werner Klemperer once was asked if he would rather teach an actor to sing or a singer to act and he responded along the lines of anyone can sing but not everyone could act.
He did much more on Broadway than on tv. His family was able to flee Nazi Germany because his father was a famous symphonic conductor and he grew up around great music and musicians.
@@TheGotoGeek he was the son of the great Otto Klemperer, one of the most significant orchestral conductors of the twentieth century. Hard not to be musical with that parentage. Plus I love that he took that role on condition that his character must always be left defeated and looking like an utter fool.
@@AndrewRooneyDrums Hey Andrew, my take is that you got what I sent, which the response time is on point... Theres a big story behind Mother Love Bone, and the early days, dawning far before that style of muzic went to the for front... Cornell and Woods being room mates, let alone the founding members for the most part landed in the most influential bands, after the demise.. So I thought it would be a clutch band, as well as the Cult to do a reaction & analysis...... Peace.......................John
Yeah, size does not equat to sound levels (big size=big sound) think of how much sound a teeny little o' baby can generate and project LARGE distances 😂😅😢😢😢😢
Andrew, you do know, that RU-vid works in a way that it creates you a channel even if you just create a profile to log into for saving your settings, favorites and subscriptions, right? Not everybody needs to be a content creator, YT will create a channel for consumers too.
How can you be mean to someone who does nothing but try and be helpful to people and spread joy to people. And I am a fatalist. Be nice to Miss Zharoff please.
I clicked on a link that awarded me an all expense paid sex trip w/ LIZ.. was I scammed? Signed, Lonely and waiting in Vegas. (~WINK~) Love both channels, Andy and Liz. peace.
