YESSSS!!!! Hi Hannah! It's a complete workouts session 'cause I really felt all my muscles working deeply!!! Just done and my body continue to sweat, from my head to my toes!!! It works and I feel so good!!! Thank you Hannah! I'll begin my hydric fasting on Monday, and I'll do it as long as my body will need it! I listen to it, and it's a great happiness to take care of me, of my body, of my soul!!! Thank you Hannah to give such support for that!
