Question: before turning whether it be in or out of a kerb, changing lanes, using a roundabout, is the routine to check your mirrors first, then head check, then indicate? Or is it a different way?
Thanks for question. Mirrors, signal, do stuff but observation should run throughout drive. In reality if moving car across lanes the head check would be the last safety check before committing.
@@Nug-mg7tg Nug Hi. In relation to the test. You score a point for each action and done correctly, however Mirror, signal, manoeuvre (MSM) is preferred order but some instructors teach signal first. However you must signal for at least 3 seconds before the manoeuvre think about 50 mtr before rather than 3 secs as a car will travel nearly 14 mtr a seconds at 50kph. For safety the head check (blind spot check) is performed last just before manoeuvre for safety. Good luck with test.
