I think people doubt themselves and sometimes their sanity. We used to have a lady that would bang around in the kitchen after lights out, and a previous tenant who'd hung himself on the property would open the front gate and walk around the house just doing his rounds like he would in life. We always used to doubt what we heard, or think we'd dreamt it. Other people had much more concrete encounters though.

I've been there n done that n it really isn't that bad as people make it out to be. I kinda think it's cool.

My Siamese cat, my sole companion passed September 3rd at 3:00 am. How I wish my new cat or preferably I, could experience some paranormal activity to reassure me of her presence or that of my mom's.

@@shopsshire9282 used to watch most of Unsolved Mysteries with Robert Stack with my Siamese cat Itzu on my lap. She passed away on Sept 3rd. I once experienced a paranormal phenomena, namely the disappearance of a scratcher hand while she was sleeping. I had to make a big decision the next day and took it as a sign to avoid giving away my house. How I wish I could experience something paranormal again, maybe even the ghost of my mom for reassurance of another dimension.

@@joseantoniomoch4006 My cat 🐈 Princess was a tux and she was born before 9/11 she was the only girl in a family of 7 boys the rest were yellow 🟡 and yellow/white a gray cat and a tabby my dad wanted her fixed and I had it done but I never did have any kittens from her Dr.Pol the TV vet says they live longer when fixed she got sick 🤢 after I noticed her eating grass and I picked her up and she was skin and bones after she wanted to come in the house 🏡 to look around I put her outside and she went out to the woods behind our house 🏡 that night we had a downpour a heavy rainstorm the next night I was watching TV and I heard a scratch twice on the door and I knew right away it was her because she used to do that when she was hungry and it was dark outside and I grabbed my flashlight 🔦 and looked outside and nothing but later on I heard her meowing

@Clay Lapointe that's kinda what makes it scary though, when you do experience a haunting. Everyone always wants someone else to be there when it happens to "prove they're not crazy". It doesn't seem possible, but when it happens anyway, it's so 'alien' and unknown that it freaks you out. A couple examples. These things really did happen to me. One night I was lying on the couch trying to sleep, the TV started to flash itself on and off, and i mean very unnaturally. This was in the 90s. Old tube TV. Used to need a moment to kind of warm up the screen. But this was like flash on then off on off. For about 20 seconds it did this before it just completely stopped. Scared the S**T out of me because, it was not normal for that to happen, especially not like it did. Another time years later I was in bed. Around this time I kept getting a weird feeling like someone would enter the room at night. So I decided to ignore it, told myself I'm imagining it, it's not real. The harder I forced myself to block it out though it got stronger. Until eventually it felt like whatever it was, was hovering right over me. Right at that point I heard tapping under my bed. Like fingers tapping right on the wooden bed frame right under me. Then the feeling went away, of course leaving the S**T scared out of me. There's a lot of other things that happened. And i know people could come up with plenty of excuses to explain them away, as though I didn't question them enough myself, but I was there so... It's like who cares if they believe me or not? It's a personal experience and once you have them you're left unsure what to think.

@@derealized797 It sure is difficult to process. Unlike on t .v, it doesnt always play out with an understandable narrative. Someone got up off of my bed a few months ago when I was on my knees praying. Very obvious, like they wanted me to notice. I could hear the springs depress and watch the mattress move. I had a couple of friends die this summer, if it was one of them, that's nice. But I dont think that's how it works. I have been "sensitive" my whole life. I'm not psychic or anything, just kind of tuned in, if there is a ghost around I will feel them. But I dont choose, control, or direct anything. Got to be careful what I bring home. I find the topic fascinating, and the nature of true encounters bizzare. No lady in white, or silly dead soldier looking for his bride tv romance rubbish, just some seemingly random interactions with someone or something that has shed their earthly shell.

Some are barely noticeable and you shrug them off, others are much more noticeable, and you wish you could just shrug them off. I think I've been followed my whole life, or I'm just more sensitive, I have no idea. When i was too young to remember, my parents had this apartment they swore was haunted. But since then they've experienced nothing, it was only me who did, and that was always the worst part about it. There was moments of complete confusion and questioning myself, no one to discuss things with, it took a long time to make sense of it and accept that yes there really is *something* there

But they're always so obviously fake to me, even when it's a person who never did a ghost video, it doesn't matter... people want views or attention or whatever it is. People try to say it has to be real because of this or that... BS. I actually prefer the videos that debunk them. Any debunk videos really.

In my lifetime i have experienced some pretty strange things demons walking on the roof of a mobile home and something growling from outside my bedroom door and orbs and apperisions the apartment i used to live at had and possibly still has many ghosts upstairs once at night i layed in bed and pointed my ghost camera at the ceiling and when i downloaded the video on my computer and slowed it down there was something that looked like a multi colored cloud the colors would flash as if it were lightning but in different areas of the cloud i wonder if i accidentally opened up a portal i kept having nightmares and at times my entire body would get very cold as if i were standing naked in Antarctica i live in the summit area of Ashland Kentucky but i found that if you don't fear ghosts a you treat them with respect they will respect you after all they were people like us in fact we are all ghosts we are trapped in our bodies till we die

Years ago I had the same thing happen to me at the Carter House, a Civil War home in Franklin, TN. It was the epicenter of the Battle of Franklin, sometimes called the Gettysburg of the West. My battery kept draining when I tried to get close to the house and take pics. When I walked back to the visitor's center it would spontaneously charge back up. When I would go back to the house it would drain. This happened several times in the same visit. Thousands and thousands of men died around and near this house. I told the manager of the house about this and he said that this was a common occurrence.

I've had well over 30 encounters with either Cryptids or Supernatural Entities, beginning back when I was [2.5] years old. Here is the story of one of my encounters. I don't know whether this particular being is a Ghost, or some malevolent Phantom. For the last 100 years, this supernatural being has been referred to as _The Hairy Hands of Dartmoor_ . For approximately the last 100 years, a supernatural entity appears randomly in Dartmoor UK, known as _The Hairy Hands of Dartmoor_ . Many years ago, this supernatural entity once attacked me. What the entity _does_ is as follows: while you drive, the entity suddenly appears as two very powerful disembodied Hands, with large fingers and knuckles, and the backs of both Hands have a great deal of White Hair. When the Hands appear, they reach in through the Driver's Side window of a moving car, and grab the steering wheel. With an amount of force on-par with a mechanical Vise, the Hands then shove the steering wheel, HARD, all the way to one side, with the intent to crash the car. Now, Terra, during _my_ encounter, things transpired a bit differently. Different _how_ ? Simple. I _survived_ !! Here's how . . . Sometime during the early Summer of 1987, while in _America_ , and at night, I was driving north on Route 390 in upstate New York. I was all alone. The nighttime air was hot, so I had my Driver's Side window rolled down. I was driving my '73 Plymouth Satellite, which had a 318, and I was "clipping along" at about 72 mph. For miles, in both directions, I was the _only car_ on the road. When the Hands reached in through the window, they immediately grabbed the top of the steering wheel, and proceeded to turn the wheel _clockwise_ , all the way, while demonstrating vise-like strength. Demonstrating excellent reflexes, I somehow got the palm of my Right Hand underneath the Right Inner Strut of my Steering Wheel. I then repositioned my Right Foot, so as to permit for supporting my Right Elbow with my Right Knee. As a result of doing this, I necessarily took my foot off of the Gas Pedal. This was a 'good thing', because it meant that my car was now slowly Slowing Down. Additionally, I used my Left Hand to _also_ grab the Inner Strut of my Steering Wheel. As a result, for about 30 seconds, _The Hairy Hands of Dartmoor_ and I were engaged in a very strange, and very dangerous, Arm Wrestle. Elevating my Right Elbow, which was perched on top of my Right Knee (by raising UP on my firmly planted Right Foot), I assisted my Right Hand with my attempt to turn the Steering Wheel _counter_ -clockwise. I also assisted my Right Hand's efforts by grasping the Right Inner Strut of my Steering Wheel with my Left Hand. Very slowly, but surely, _The Hairy Hands of Dartmoor_ was winning the Arm Wrestle. Just as I was about to go flying over the right embankment, the Hands suddenly retracted _back out_ through the Driver's Side window. At that moment, while I was using the Right Shoulder of the highway as a "lane", my unbalanced counterclockwise *torque* (that I was manually applying to my Steering Wheel) sent my car lurching all the way over to the Left Shoulder of the highway. Luckily, there were no other cars on the road, and my speed was now significantly reduced, preventing my car from Flipping Over. The result was that I successfully regained control of my vehicle.

There's only one way to understand that there are things you DON'T understand & that's to witness what you CAN'T wrap your head around. One nite we were watch tv in LR & our lab-chow mix, Molly, stood up staring thru the doorway into our bedroom. What is it,girl? She growled & HER HACKLES STOOD UP 8" INSTANTLY! Snarling - she runs into BR & lunges-We're sitting on couch next to the BR door stunned. WTH - GO LOOK NO YOU - she hits the bed & growling & snarling after something & as Hubby stands & takes the 2 steps to look in BR she is staring at the space across the bedroom & breaks off & starts sniffing along the headboard. She hops down & sniffing around like she lost it & determined to find it. She suddenly takes off again down the hall. It sounded so loud ike something is running from her. I was still in the LR & following the noise into the dining room. I saw a figure like charcoal drawing of a short guy wearing like a short jacket with a flat newpaperboy-style hat running & he looked back & down at Molly & worried cos she's hot on his heels. He clears the far end of the DR table but clips the chair with his right arm & he runs into kitchen out of sight with Molly right behind him. She lost him in there. That is the only ghost I've seen but I heard the contact with the chair & saw it move & settle too. IDK but afterward, Molly would no longer sleep on the far side of the bed, which was her customary spot, but insisted on my middle spot. Nothing more concerned Mollly, but she always kept an eye on that side of the room. We couldn't coax or push her off of that side of the bed after that.

God warns us against these spirits who pretend to be departed human beings. There are no ghosts. When you read the Bible, God opens your eyes and you can see beyond people's attempts to discount the Word of God. Of course, you also can now see past the lies put to you by the demons, as well.

Don't contact demons!! They are not dead people. Believe what the Lord tells us all. Stay AWAY from "spirits".

@@scruffy281 I hope you get a chance to watch it, I'm sorry I forgot the origin of the show, one of the investigators was in the attic with his partner and right when he snapped a reg camera picture in pitch black he had his camera yanked out of his hands then found himself with a thick cord wrapped tightly around his neck with the other end of the cord wound around a large nail ( spike ) also wrapped tight, t his partner also had a camera and took a picture in the pitch black towards the area he heard a commotion , the picture is absolutely terrifying. He felt his way to his partner hanging and said it was so tight he had to struggle to unwind the cord. The guy that was hung was almost in zombie mode. Also after they went back up to retrieve the guys camera, the lens had been taken off( it was the type of camera that took a lot of power to undue, it actually locks in) the lens was at the outer edge of the attic and the base of the camera was in the opposite side of attic. The hanging and taking and separating of the camera happened in seconds😲 what kind of force of nature could do that, none, this case was documented by professional camera men and by the top paranormal researchers in the world. One of the men was Dr. Barry Taft of UCLA college . I'm not positive about the college , forgive me. Even after all that there was a plethora of other evidence, if that wasn't enough the entity followed the head of the camera crew home and they have crazier evidence there. It was the most profound case I've ever seen or read about, thank you for your time, I do appreciate you. Forgive me I can't remember the other crew members names. 🙏

I want to see my mother's and Siamese cat's spirits for reassurance. A year after my mom died, a scratcher hand disappeared with no logical explanation. It was on a table and when I came back from a long walk, it was gone. Actually never found it again. My mom used it to play with our cats. A distant relative wanted me to be collateral with pledging my house the following day and I took the whole thing as a warning sign and told him so. Grudgingly he admitted it could be so and didn't insist.

@@siuken1757 actually, there is indeed REAL EVIDENCE of possessions. I wouldn't call them "devil" manifestations, but more like negative occupations. They've been recorded for centuries. But yes, documentaries and TV movies are typically "based on" true accounts, so they do tend to embellish. The Exorcist movie, for example, was a true occurence, but was a boy, and most of the things didn't happen that was shown to have happened in the movie.

I remember being born and by talking with my Mother about it she agreed that I was correct with what I said happened. Of all the people I talked to in my life I never met anyone else that could remember being a baby until the internet started. The validation was nice but by then I didn't need it.
