In this video I will show you how to get full nudity in Soulmask with one mod. Nudity will not be added to the game officially but with the upcoming mod support there will likely be more mods that add it, but if you don't want to wait you can install this mod.

I've been using this from the beginning and love it. You are a primitive civilization in the jungle. It just makes sense to me. I do play solo mode.

Yeah I think nudity makes sense in most survival games. You have nothing at the start and for the purists it makes sense to see that you have nothing and for those that just enjoy a bit of nudity it makes sense too.

Hmm, judging by the Nexusmod pictures the Conan Exiles nudity is far superior, but I might still try it.

That's true it is. But this mod was made without any in game tools provided by the devs, I would expect it to get better when the devs allow modding with their tools. Also the pictures on the nexus page are not the best quality. Don't get your hopes really high but it does look a little better in game then in the picture.

@@wak4863 Yeah, I just checked it out, and it's actually worse, dafuq is with the nipples? It kinda looks like it was made by someone who never saw nipples in their entire life, so they just added 2 shapeless red circles and was done with it. Ohh well, I'll keep a look-out for a better mod, I guess.

@@asterixobelix20 Comparing a game that came with the nudity feature natively with a mod that improvises this feature is very unbalanced, your comparison it is version 1.0 over time i believe the creator will improve this mod.

Well Conan is a much older game but with some body mods and Tot features you can have some damn good looking and giggling objects. But in Soulmask the models are not that good and the animations are quite crap so adding nudity doesn't seem to be really enjoyable. I have played it a bit and well i was not impressed by the game quality and i realized by looking at the game configuration files to see if i could do some tweaking that it was in chinese. They didn't even bother to make the game code in an "international" language.

You are correct the mod doesn't need to be loaded on the server it's purely client side and only you can see it.

So it is basically a "show nudity" version of the "show mask" toggle - which I still find weird that toggling off MY mask, means I see ALL players with no mask.

People have compared Conan which is a game that came with the nudity feature natively, with a mod that initially improvises this feature in a game that doesn't yet have nudity it's unrealistic, i believe that this was just the beginning and that with eventually we will have mods with body remodeling with more detailed body details since Soul Mask already has the body base separated from the underwear so i believe it won't be difficult to remodel the other parts of the body, not to mention that SM's graphics engine is very different Conan's.

It is kind of funny that they chose an art style (Tribal Amazon) and then removed/restricted characteristics of it. Tribal Amazon without nudity actually feels kind of awkward; that is the artistic and logical sides of me that feels that way. The pervert side of me is just annoyed that I have to rely on my twisted imagination...

I use to roll my eyes at these comments, but after playing games like Baldurs Gate 3 (with and without the nudity mod), I genuinely understand the awkwardness of removing nudity from a game when the setting of the game should really have nudity by default... I mean, Amazon tribes setting with no nudity feels odd.

i noticed a while ago on one of the female models i was deterring that when the camera clipped a certain way into the roof, it removed her default chest wrap and you could see everything, but then when you moved the camera it reappeared; i'll admit the nipples looked a little weird; but it looks like they made it pretty simple to just remove the undergarments

Not really useful then, because while you can do most of the content in Conan Exiles naked, in this game you really need every bit of armor you can get.

Seems like this is one of the first types of mods for any game. For one thing, it is cosmetic, so easier to introduce that some other types of mods when mods are not yet supported. Palworld has a ton of "adult" mods. Most of the mods are of that type, since mods are not yet supported for that game either. Soulmask already seems to have the physics needed for nudity, seems like it should just be an official part of the game like it is in Conan Exiles. Of course they would have it disabled on the official servers though.

Looking good! But Conan Exiles is still sexier with near perfect figure and physics. Be great if we got a Bodyslide Tools like in Skyrim and Fallout 4, but that requires a proper Mod Tools.

Yeah I fully expect it to get better with mod tools. But I don't know that it will ever be better then Conan Nudity. When the devs code something into the game its usually better for the in game appearance and the building block for mods.
