I say there should be a commission that titles the ticket as "Pesky Ones" with some arts like the number 1 being in a dunce corner or something silly lol
The game is set with only so many winnners. This happens sometimes. Not just with dollar's but with higher amounts also. I work in the finishing department.
1 in 4,9 % of winning actually calculates to 1 in 5% of winning, tricking you into believing out of 10 tickets you should win on 2 tickets not to mention that they print 2 to 5 million tickets per game so even if you could win the 10 million it would cost you 50 million to buy all the scratch cards not profitable unless you land a lucky ticket
I really could care less about the overall odds. In Texas there is a guaranteed payback per pack, so I know what losses are coming, and know that any prize with odds over 1 in 150 (150 tix per pack) are gonna be a bonus. 4.9 5...all the same to me.

@@maryvasquez7246 they will send you a letter in the mail. but also you need to be checking on the luck zone for the drawings and see if your name is on the winner list for the drawing you entered
I've bought rolls of tickets before but I thought I was the only one who counted the losers in a row!! It get ridiculous after 9 ,10 in a row that lose,real exasperating
