Prior to the game against the Philadelphia Flyers on April 2, 2023, Kris Letang was honored by the Penguins organization in celebration of his 1,000th regular season game. Watch as Letang was joined by his family and teammates on the ice to enjoy this special occasion.

Letang is hands down my favourite penguin of all time! I've always loved watching his tenacity as a player, especially in his early days. I look forward to him playing many more games with the penguins.

whenever i see letang i cant help but think what kind of player Luc Bourdon would've turned out to be. being best buds since junior, letang said he was only scouted because nhl scouts came to their games to watch Bourdon but noticed him as well. This led to Letang being drafted 62nd overall in the same draft that Bourdon was drafted 10th overall. RIP Luc
