so grateful to people like you! I'm 40 years old and had many GT bmx bikes during my childhood. I still have the last 2 i ever bought when i was a teenager. a 1998 Dyno Air and a 1999 GT Show. i just didn't have the heart to part with them. i keep them maintained and even still ride them sometimes.
I love this video, I’ve been refurbishing BMX now for several years, the purest would say that bike is ruined because it’s not supposed to be those colours, it should of been chromed etc, if you want to do that fine but the important thing is that bike lives on, it was junk before and now it lives another life, really good job 👍

Văd foarte multe restaurări in care folosiți o cheie reglabilă care nu este ok ne fiind calibrată și strică hexagonul șurubului.Ai făcut o treabă bună dar mai bine mai multe chei bune decât una și proastă.👍

@@ramiroortega4850 no alcanzo a notar. pero por lo regular las GT traen grabado el logo de GT en el cuadro y en las piezas pero grabado de fabrica no Stiker ni pegatinas yo tengo dos que así vienen marcadas.o puedes checar la serie en internet.
@@Jossialtitudnn201 si la mía lo tiene marcado pero casi como por dentro y el cuadro yo digo q es original por q busque en todas parte y dice q si es original pero en cuanto se valoran? La quiero arreglar y venderla
@@ramiroortega4850 la verdad no sé. puedes checar modelo y marca en internet con la serie que viene grabada en el cuadro..ahi te dice día mes y año en el que fue echa la bici.y tu puedes cotizar los precios de ése modelo y ya de ahí basarte en el precio que te convenga y claro que no esté muy elevado.
They were all Taiwan but never had v break mounts on them or the welded on chain guard tabs on em and had a gt stamp on back of top tube that one doesn't it like a copy of one
Looks to be a fake GT. The fact that it has a threaded 1" steering tube and V- brakes is all wrong for a 2000's bike frame. Then there is the chain guard tabs and that's all wrong too.
