Wonderful way to start my day, with a big smile on my face and some laughs 😁 Mathilde was born to be an endurance competition horse lol She's very intelligent and so so pretty. Again I say Sjirkje is a very good Mum. Thank you ❣️

Nice bucking bronco move from Sjirkje. That sunfishing/ sideways crow-hopping is bone-jarring. And look at the absolute precision of her foot placement as she bounces sideways! I think this move should be put into dressage. Mathilde is like a beserk satellite circling a planet.

The last picture of Matilde is just GEORGEOUS!! Momma makes sure she is RIGHT behind her baby. It's different watching a headstrong independent NEWBORN foal go before the Mama! She even got her Mama bucking in play also!! Sirjkde looks so happy with her new filly!!!

Mathilde’s natural instinct to run is strong! Her young muscles and lungs will develop well. No wonder Sjirkje looks so good only one week after giving birth!!!!

You can tell how experienced with little ones the Mom is. Shes allowing Mathilde run ahead so that she doesn't run over her or kick her. Plus she can keep an eye on her baby. Very smart momma!!

when am feeling tired upset or just down, i come here to this page and it make's me smile and make's my day. i had to have two horse's put to sleep today as they was to far gone in abuse case. very very thin just skin and bone's and full of flea's lameness and many other thing's inside their beautiful body.s it breaks me when i have to put animal's to sleep it just break's good new's thou we got the owner and now is in slammer waiting his fate. so not a good day today for me. but this video warm's my heart it really do's beautiful foal and mum too.. thank you..xxx

I just heard about a case where 40 horses are now homeless all bc the owner died without a plan. ;(

So glad the perpetrator is jailed. Your efforts are so appreciated and hopefully justice will prevail. Animal abusers should suffer the same torture they did to the animals.

I am absolutely in love with this filly! She has such definite character, even at seven days old, and she will only get better. Great job on not moving, when she came straight for you - a really valuable lesson, that humans shouldn't move when you want to barrel through. it will make it easier to get her to behave in future, if she doesn't think she can bully her way past/through you.

Lynda O 😂 I love that, it definitely describes Mathilde, she’s got quite the personality. I can definitely see her when she gets older just plotting ways to cause trouble; “Hmm now how can I give my mom & these funny looking humans a run for their money “?? Little Miss Spitfire♥️♥️🐴 I love how she moves at the end when they head back inside it’s almost like she’s dancing.

The little one is showing everyone she is a leader not a follower. Her dam starts kicking and prancing showing how proud she is that the filly is so frisky and fast. Run, ladies, run and prance, how beautiful you are to see. Big smiles!!
