Witness Amy Alexander, a family friend who had known Dee for more than a decade and organized the #JusticeforDee group in response to her disappearance, said Dee had previously mentioned wanting to end her marriage to Dale, but only once told her she also wanted to sell her trucking company.

@@pinkpugginz What a ridiculous reply! Don’t know Warner. Never heard of him before this video. I don’t like the defense attorney’s attitude, tone, or manner of questioning. She could have asked the exact questions without browbeating the witnesses. Of course it is her job to aggressively challenge prosecution witnesses. Her manner and tone will do more for the prosecution than the defense!

This lady is so upset over her sister in law . This lady was married to Dales brother but her marriage ended due to she believes Dale did something to Dee. The stress of it all was too much for the marriage. I feel bad for her. But she needs to speak up and show more confidence.

The defense doesn't have the burden of proof beyond a reasonable doubt but the prosecution does. Her defense is to discredit the witness. Defense normally, takes the stand to question the info stated via witness but again, normally, gathers info from questions and answers created via the prosecution and the defense questions and answers; discrediting witnesses is the standard. Defense is just doing her job on behalf of the defendant as the majority of attorneys do. This trail is fact finding thru any witness prior to trial.

Wow speaking objections in front of the jury….🤦🏻‍♀️ defense is ruthless… 22:13 so because the state asked this witness about her justice for Dee campaign the state can ask all kinds of irrelevant questions…? Why to show bias…? She’s her best friend of course she biased… smh. Of course I’m not one bit familiar with this case so….🙄 Ah it’s the preliminary hearing Oh man she’s still missing 🙏🏻 prayers for all

Does she remember anything? She keeps saying she can't remember, or things like "I'm sure she did"/"I'm sure she has" all the time. For a close friend, I don't understand how she can remember so little. Her friend went missing, and she can't recall a thing. This witness is not doing much for "Justice for Dee" at all.

Dang lady. Sit up. Answer like an adult. Look up at the lawyer asking you questions and take this seriously. Then answer facing the jury. Don't talk in a whiny voice. "Ya" is not an answer! I know you lost a friend and you're sad, but act like you have some class!

IMO the defense attorney wanted to let this witness know that she, the attorney, what's going to be strong and clear about getting some answers. Attorney might have been trying to shake up this witness, who appeared lackadaisical unspoken a monotone voice the whole time. Again, my opinion.
