Soon $1000 worth of groceries will only buy you a couple boxes of tissues to wipe the tears away from how ridiculously expensive it is to live. Pretty well unaffordable to travel around Australia now for most.

if your spending heaps on your big shops, ask for a discount on your total bill. you will be amazed at the difference it can make. my old saying is if you don't ask you don't get. we used to have a small servo in the Flinders ranges and if we ran short of things we head to woolies a hundred ks away and top up with goods. and ask for a discount at checkout, we usually got 10 to 15 percent off even more sometimes. depending what we bought. every bit helps helps hey. goodluck on your remote holiday. lol don't forget your deep breathing to keep your sanity. x.

So you’re off to the CSR… that’s about the only place that’s remote for 3 wks these days, even then you won’t be there by yourselves. Hope you’ve done a bit of research , there’s a lot of water out there at the moment. But you’ve probably been and done it by now. I wish people would say what date it is at the start of a video so we know the conditions at that time of the year where they are.

Hey Nick, just fast for 14 days at least. It's not that hard once you get to 32 hours as the hunger pains drop right off (and you stop feeling hungry completely) and your body starts to burn fat. You'll lose heaps of weight. An added bonus of fasting is that your brain works much better and makes you sharper. AND incredibly, your body hunts down and get rid of all the bad cells in your body EVEN CANCEROUS cells in a process called Autophagy (look it up, it's very good for you)! I hope your trip goes well. I'll be watching with all interest!!! Have fun you guys and BE SAFE!!!

@@elnick.adventures Best way to start is to have lunch one day. then say, "I think I'll skip dinner." then the next morning Skip breaks. then when lunch comes around give that the flick and soon you'll realise you just done 24 hours if you can then skip dinner that day by the morning when you wake you have 32 hours knocked off and the hunger should start to subside. Drink plenty of water and black coffee or green tea to help start the Autophegy early this will help lose the weight fast and bring many health benefits. I'd start with a 4-5 day and watch he pounds drop off. Good luck! You can do it!
