BunnyTheRabbit nobody robbed him, he made a lot of mistakes and was doing a lot of chassis changes which effected consistency.

+MultiTerpen Denofa tapped walls like crazy and he still maintained good line. Plus he was closer to the other driver coming around that final turn. Just my opinion. If Denofa didn't tap the walls it woulda been OMT for sure I think.

+Sn1ck I don't know. Dave Briggs is now in Formula Drift Pro 2. They have a new ranking like in football(soccer),after the season a couple of good drivers in pro2 go up in the pro am and the latest of pro am go down in pro2 but I don't know what places (Top 5 etc.)

+Shaun Ingham The high hp and torque from the v8s save a lot of these drivers in the states. You pick up sloppy habits and it takes less skill. I'm just speaking in general. None of the FD drivers are bad. They could be still fiddling with their tune or getting used to the car. It also has to be extremely hard on a road course with all that power. I still suggest to beginner drifters to learn on something with less power and torque like a NA I4. If you have true car control and can throw down in a low horsepower car, you can get down in anything.

RetroWarhead​ Yeah for sure, agree totally with you and i am not intending to bagg the drivers. my point is the rain/ slippery conditions really seperate true skill and car setup from the rest of the field. Definitely recommend something light and agile and NA for beginner drifters, this will teach true car controll as you learn how to out drive the car. Looking forward to the next installment from Network A.

+098privet yeah that will test your skill, the car would need to be set up really well to get that kickin. id go for around 100rwkw in 1000kg car for beginer with good suspension etc. you will still need to work it but will be a load of fun to drive before upgrading to a new engine of around 250rwkw in the same car, say ke70 or ae86 with the 4age then swap it out for an sr20det when your a gun driver to really rip it up.

+Louis coderre There are three judges and they have a certain criteria they have to follow. Angle, entry speed, line clipping, and more importantly, presentation (style). Each judge is responsible for 30 points and the remaining 10 points are based on speed. 100 points total = 40 Style (30 from Style judge + 5 points from Angle judge + 5 points from Line judge) + 25 Line + 25 Angle + 10 Speed. Points can also be knocked off or zeroed out for faults, such as dropping two tires, losing control, late initiations, straightening out and other things. They have a qualifying round (solo run), which was yesterday, to determine who qualifies the highest based off of those things above. The top 32 drivers qualify and get put on a bracket. The top qualifying driver I believe has an advantage since they got rid of the battle for 3rd like two years ago I think? shit I don't know.

+Louis coderre formulad.com has the list of events and schedules. Top 32 top 16 is in the same day, practice and qualifying is the day before. The events usually take place friday/saturday.

+Nihal Farooq mad mikes Miata chassis is a full tube frame chassis... a lot of the FD cars are not, just extensive cage/ reinforcement. I would go as far to say that it is probably one of the top 10 stiffest chassis in FD right now. IMHO
