My Favorite airport of all time. Well designed, easy to navigate, cool scheme throughout. I have been to many airports, but to me this one is the best.
I passed through this airport last fall on Southwest Airlines connecting back to Lubbock, Texas which was my first here. I was happy to find a place to smoke without having to go outside. Thank you for sharing!
I was there once many many years ago, looks so much different today. It reminds me a lot of Atlanta's airport with the auto walkways. Larry MOE'S and curly Joe's. These airports nowadays look like shopping malls with all the little shops they have. Can't wait to see what MCI will look like when it's completed, I'm sure you'll have a video of that when it happens. This place is crazy big, thanks for taking a tour of it. Take care Lunadog99, see ya when you land back at KC.
I agree, they do look like shopping malls. I thought the same when I went to Minneapolis-St. Paul, Minnesota last summer when I saw the terminal which reminded me of a mall. Airports in the old days were much better with no fast food restaurants but restaurants and/or coffee shops.
This terminal was so bittersweet. The arriving passengers are so fired up and ready to have a good time, but the departing passengers are kind of depressed, broke, and hung over.
seems to be vegas check in for southwest is both old and new school kiosks for self tag bags or printing boarding passes and people do it for you as well
Busted and caught red handed airport played song I do not like period known as when I was your man by Bruno Mars that song is a absolute dislike for me it is just too sad for a song I don’t think it deserved being on the album that is just my opinion that song was played within the first 3 min of vid
