Nice custom rom. I was able to install TWRP on The T-113 w/o PC since I didn't have one. This is awesome because it's hard to find a compatible rom for this tablet. Great work!

@@channel48 Thanks bro, I will try with the most current version, I have your files downloaded (Lineage and carboatHam). for some reason I use the odin and it stays successfully, I get the PASS; but when I restart my tablet it restarts normally, and I did not pass that step. I have the T110 version, will this rom support it? I search the difference in google but can't finds any difference except for the model number... i don't wanna brick this tablet.. Edit: nvm, after some more research i finally found that the SoC is different..
yes Pinot .. I could make a amazing looking kitkat from the stock rom without all the bloatware its amazing firmware but I cannot test i dont have the device
ahhh danggg if it was kitkat it would be more interesting - Maybe developer Mone could but if its not possible then from that Jellybean make a rom with apps that work on jelly incl a appstore such as apk pure store it has jelly veraion - Ill take a look and make something usable in 2021 but you will test 👊😉

How come this rom is perfectly smooth in urs? I m using exact same model but used twrp 3.0.20 something. Does that matter? There is also no transparency at all for notification bar. Its laggy too.

yes you can - just be on time to after flashing twrp vol up power and home pressed release at logo - if it fails flash again twrp try again - every time you fail you must flash twrp again !
Dude I have install this rom before 1 year ago and it was good every thing works but yesterday i format the tablet and the internet not connecting wifi is working but when i connect to network he says network disconnected please do you have any solution?
Chris bro first understand procedure with a windows pc with samsung usb drivers then odin - then flash the recovery then wipe then flash rom in this order

@@channel48 1. I have installed custom recovery TWRP using ODIN. That was successful. 2. Reboot Tablet and check recovery to make sure it's installed. Install successful. 3. I click the link you left in comments that takes me to XDA site. This bit you did not show on the video so I don't know what to do from here. You just plugged in your USB and selected the new OS and wiped the Tablet and then installed. What did you download onto your USB from the XDA site? There is a link to - - Latest image build - Local Manifest - Framework-native - Kernel - Device/Vendor x 5 links - Frameworks/base It seems like you missed a vital part out of the video. Thanks
Hi bro those files you see are part of the zip - when you download the file it will be one zip - that is the Rom - so only thing you need to do now is download the zip copy to tablet and wipe data factory reset and install - at the end if it ask to install root you can chose yes or no
Awesome very easy to follow. Couple days later I had issue with low battery, then stuck on screen with charge battery icon and wouldn't boot. Seemed like it wasn't charging but I tried recovery mode with power, vol. down (i tink) and home buttons like at 3:10 then cancel instead of continue. Booted up and it had been charging all along!!! Cheers
Recovery mode is Power + Vol. Up + Home buttons, while Download mode is Power + Vol. Down + Home. For the boot issue, charging while the device is off doesn't display properly (it still charges) and is stated on the page for the ROM download. To boot it, unplug the charging cable and press the power button for 10 seconds and the screen will turn off. Then turn it back on like you normally would and it'll boot. Hope this helps a little.
This version does not support Audio Bluetooth, camera and bluetooth devices like phones, joysticks... I have installed it, but it does not work so good. ☹
can someone help me? im at around the 6:00 minute mark, when i try to enter the into the custom OS, im just stuck on the screen where it says "Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Lite SM-T113" and stuff, and theres also a red "!" in the upper left corner, what am i doing wrong?
nothing your good now you probably missed the timing to get into twrp do as followed press and hold Volume Down + power if its on hanging in that screen - until it turns off - now be quick change vol down to volume up home + power and release all 3 when you see the logo - that should bring device in recovery twrp - if you get into stock recovery - flash Twrp.tar again in odin and this time be quick
@@channel48 oh, alright. also, will the files from before upgrading carry over to after upgrade? for example my pictures on the tablet, will those carry over to after upgrade?
@@channel48 everytime i failed, i just went back to the install custom OS screen and installed the OS and tried doing the thing to get to the blue screen at around 6:00. does that interfere with getting into the new OS with installing it several times?
@@elatee Well its timing make sure your volup is not vol down so look good if ok you must exercise the moment screen goes black press and hold vol up home + power and release 1 second or 2 after seeing the logo - it woll then go into twrp - you can fo it 👊😉

hmm did you unlock OEM in developers options - removed accounts samsung ? no then first go nack to samsung OS and do these things - Check cable try other usb port and make sure you have samsung usb drivera installed and of course this all happens on a windows pc
@@channel48 I dont see an option for OEM unlock in here. I enabled USB debugging, I did a fresh reinstall so there are no samsung accounts attached. I've already installed the samsung android USB drivers and have tried several ports and cables.
after flash in odin tab will reboot .. be quicknto press vol up home + power and release when you see samsung logo - wait some seconds it will go in to twrp
@@channel48 sir somehow install older twrp and it worked but after rebooting it stuck at boot logo but i can reboot to twrp. the worst thing is that the costum is inside that tablet's internal storage

the camera app doesn't work, youtube doesn't work either, a lot of apps don't work on this rom. Alternative stores work very poorly and many applications do not run or do not want to be installed.
you must be smarter then the device - Camera dont work = Good the thing cannot look at you - 2 Apps - dont waiste ram install aurora store and never Gapps on these old ladies the rest you improvice via aurora store

Hello sir, before i start i would like to thank you for showing this. I was quite confused on why my tablet cant download zoom but it was because the version of Android was too low. So i followed the steps in this ideo and bam, it worked. I upgraded to Lineage OS and was able to download zoom. Small problem, the camera did not work. I was planning to use this tablet as a sort of mini zoom station because my laptop broke a few days ago and I tried to go to a repair shop but it broke on the weekend and I didnt have time (i work on monday) to go visit one. So i resortwd to this method but the camera wont turn on, both the front and back. So i want to know whether or not it is possible to fix this ( ive looked a bit into camera ports like ANX which supposedly only works on Xiaomi phones and GCam but i havent tried those yet, wondering if those are valid options or not). Anyways, best wishes for you and I hope i can fix this soon 😂😂😂

@@jennielperez keep holding vol down and power and if available home - until your back in diwnload mode - press vol down and power hold until it reboots then be quick vol down power and Home release when your back in dowwnload mode

You need to download the TWRP image in your computer, use power + home + vol down while the tab 116 is connected to your computer; using Odin install the recovery image , remember install Samsung driver into your computer, I use kites 3 to install it. Use power + home + vol up when TWRP is already installed.
