FULL VAN TOUR VW Crafter MWB 4x4 Luxury Camper Conversion 

Very true Simon....to be honest I was a bit reluctant to use the term...in case I upset any other customers 😉. But this van had the most done to it. So much inside and out...forgot to even mention the upgraded speakers and subwoofer😂😂.

They are done using 2 sets of rear arch kits. The rear ones fit using existing screws, but you need to cut off the tabs. The front ones, as you point out, don't have the screws in the same places. The rear screws fixings can be dealt with by adding 2 new screws into the arch liner. The front section I just added a bit of sikaflex between the front bumper and the arch plastic. This was just to stop the last few inches from flapping around. I may try to do a video when I fit the next kit.

Typically we would use 245/65/17

This one uses a truma Combi diesel. Being honest, they take up a massive amount of space, but the alternatives are few. The crafter doesn't have a lot of space underneath.

An underslung Webasto Dual Top not an option? The Truma is a big unit in the garage.

A van with this much bolted on is around 3200kg empty. So they need up plating to 3900kg.

At present we have at least an 18 month waiting list. Pricing depends very much on spec. Our website has a basic idea of costs but it does need updating. Putting a van together of this spec is likely to be £100k +

We usually prefer if the customer supplies the van, but if its MAN, we can put you in touch with a great dealer. Pricing at the moment is difficult due to parts pricing and availability. But you can expect a full spec conversion like this to be £50k + on top of the van cost.
