I was telling someone that the SARS will be rebrand with a new name the same people nothing will change. A total restructuring of the Unit, is what is needed.. 1. The police engage professionals in the police service by employing degree holders, HND, ND into the service. 2. Pay the police officer at least 150,000k per month and take care of their welfare and family. With these crimes in that unit will be reduced. 3. The unit must not be seen around, they are to be deployed when matters like arm robbery arise. 4.The unit should be zonal within the area of its operations to identify them when illegal block or conduct is been carried out by the officers. 5. Make an arrest. 6.investigation of crime should be carried out by a separate unit, if found guilty prosecute the person, SARS should not be allocated to investigate. 7. All men on operation should be kit with his or her name written on their uniform.

All Nigeria police officers must have body camera whenever on duty , this will protect officers and civilians as evidence in the court of law and will reduce the corruptions in our society
