MAJOR QUESTION- like Kim, I loooooove a very full lash by doing mascara from root to tip then comb them a bit then another layer. This isn’t always good for the eyelid as then the mascara line can’t breathe so there’s issues such as blepharitis. Now I have tried some methods to help for full cleaning of mascara & don’t wanna go under a knife... but what do you recommend so this doesn’t happen?!!?

Is the LM powder fine to set under eyes if you have fine lines or is there something better to use? I'm 39 and I have very, very fine lines under the eyes.
