[Full Video] Running 3km for TIME - On The Road

On the way to training, I was given the option to run 5 x 1000m interval session, or... a 3000m ALL OUT EFFORT! As you see I chose to run the time trial and the result - 8.07 for a personal best time!
The run was also inspired by the release of the Asics MetaRacer. Verdict - Amazing energy saving shoe, light and responsive with its carbon plate and well ventilated for warm conditions.

Hi bro I need to go in one month from 15 min to 13 min in 3 km, do you have any suggestions how can I do it? Please! ( for now im runing 3 times in a week for 3 km each run)

Dont just run for 3k. Do 2 minutes at 80% max effort, then jog for 2 minutes. Do this 5 times (once a week) instead of 1 of your 3k sessions

Yea man 12.03 isent bad, im 15 and have been training for 6 mounths, and I've got mine down from 12.18 to 10.17

I went from 13:08 to 11:18 in 4 months, soon below the 11 min mark. If you train 4 times a week with long runs, intervals and just push urself every time you will eventually get to those low numbers. Progress will always be individual, but it is realistic to get to 11 min in a few months and it will probably take a few years before you get under 9mins, that’s just in general, and I don’t know your height, build and lifestyle so hard to know exactly

3km bin zu langsam bin eher Sprinter 100m und 800m runners schon mal 21km bin noch ziemlich unbekannter in allem Bereichen schwöre

12-14 mins is a good fitness time and has you in the pack at fun runs and triathlons. Your body is very fit in this range. 14 and over for a 3km starts to become a training pace for those competitive athletes while the less fit could keep up and struggle a little. Over 18 is a fun jog for the fit.

@@Marjannuel At first i also ran 3k in about 26 mins, but after few weeks, i can now run 3k in about 17 minutes. Just keep on going dude !
