It’s all about his personality. He put his heart into the Cardinals baseball, he puts it into the music and most importantly he loves people around him. He’s such a great and genuine person. ❤️ We love you, Waino! 👏👏👏
Waino I’m very impressed, your a damn good pitcher, now you’re going for country music, I believe you will be a great country musician!!! Let’s go Cards 50
Though he’s not the only Cardinal that turned to music. Kent Bottenfield, who was part of the trade for Jim Edmonds, released a couple albums. Back In The Game is my favorite song by Bottenfield since it describes my experiences. I drifted away from the game of baseball as a teen. But in 2018, I took a chance and work for the Cardinals to this day.
Time To Fly is my favorite since it describes who we are as Cardinal fans. I have worked for the Cardinals as an usher since 2018 and was there when the concert occurred. I still have the selfie that I got with him when he came to one of our meetings during a doubleheader.
Loved the line "Check yes or no". That means Adam is a true country guy!! Who doesn't love King George Strait. Loved these, Adam. Congratulations on you "new" career. Will miss you as a Cardinal. Blessings to you and your family...including Louie!
Adam, you are such a good person, a Godly family man, an awesome pitcher and baseball player and a person everyone would love and be so proud to call Friend, Son, Brother❣ You have endeared yourself to all of us in Cardinal Nation❣🥲🥰 You have been a blessing for so many years❣ You have the. Most Beautiful Servants Heart❣ Your songs, your music is your second calling and a gift from God❣ Having been born in The South, Hey Y'all especially touches my heart❣ God bless you and your precious family, Adam❣🛐 Godspeed❣Once a Cardinal, Always a Cardinal❣😉 Fly high, Adam❣🪄🎶🎤🎸🐦❤ 5️⃣0️⃣❤⚾️❤🌹🫂😘
Thanks to RU-vid I was just able to see his full concert. I am not a country music fan but he did really good. Adam Wainright will always be special in St. Louis and now another of the Cardinals greats who have played here. The Cardinals Hall of Fame will be next for him and a statute in front of the stadium. The statute builder will be kept busy with Albert and Molina as well. Wainright singing is like a throwback to the Gas House gang of the 1930s.
I love country music god I hope his country music career is as good and as memorable as it was for when he played baseball happy retirement and hope for nothing but blessings in your life
Damn. He is comfortable, confident and very good at this. Can't wait to see what the future holds. If he just toured the state of Missouri, he will be successful because I think his shows would be sold out because of who he is and the respect he has earned.
@@khaleefax9553Waino had a great career up until this year, getting paid what he did for what we got this year out of him. Sounds hypocritical when you talk about somebody else's pay. I lost alot of respect for him when he decided to come back after his arm was dead at the end of last year. To me that was selfish 18.5 million for a 5 win 11 loss 7.40 Era. You nor anyone else can say that was a reasonable salary, or that he was still a capable pitcher this year at the mlb level.
@@John-mn9rp I am not talking about the very unreasonable salary that got paid to Waino. I am talking about the salary paid to the audio engineers who set up the music stage for him. The mic volume is horrible.
Waino you the man and singer! You have truly been a Superstar that we can all look up to. You were not greedy, it wasn't all about money but happiness and love. You are a God fearing man who's humility showed in everything you did. The thoughtfulness you did for not only your team but the world around you. You are an inspiration for the world to emulate. Be proud, fly high and STL Cardinals fans are going to miss you so much. I only wish i would have gotten your autograph in the 19 years you were here. You've always been one of my too favorites especially when you and Carp were together. Love you Waino!
Adam it's great to seen you yesterday at the game I was right over your right shoulder I hope to get the chance to have you come to Troy some Thursday night and sing with us
You will be missed Waino you will definitely be missed. Wish I could’ve watched the game but on MLB TV they blacked all last three games. At least that I have RU-vid for.
7:36, does that man look like Jose Fernandez?? But overall this concert was amazing. “Hey Y’all” was my favorite. As a cards fan, Waino said that we’re going to win the World Series next year. I don’t really agree tbh. Like Mozealok ( sorry I don’t know how to spell his name. ) But back to what I was saying, I don’t really think Mozealok can get a good team together, if they didn’t trade away like 3 superstars, we would be in the playoffs this year, but no they just traded them. I’m talking about Adolis Garcia, Randy Arozarena, Aaron Nola ( not really a superstar but it’s fine. ) This is what I thought would happen in 2024. Well not really but it’s fine. Bye
For not being an artist he has more talent than pretty much all of the local metal bands in the central IL. Alot of our local metal bands sound like a broken power steering pump.
