So true about telling people ur goals ✨ they are well meaning to be realistic but caution only goes so far 😅 tbh ur mobility and recovery commitments are so satisfying need more fitness social media people to get on it too 🙏
Excellent video. Keep up the hard work. Goals are a great things to have. I started an actual weight training program this year to be come the healthiest version of myself. My goal is to do 5 pull-ups unassisted which I’ve never been able to do. Love it.
I use a Garmin forerunner! I track my sessions / heart rate / runs / swims etc on my watch. I’ve never tracked weights or cals burned on my watch as it’s quite irrelevant! :)

That’s epic! You’ll smash it :) Not going to lie it is definitely time consuming! The filming is quite easy to get used to and just pick up a camera, but the editing and exporting takes me a good few hours - worth it though!!
you're training is amazing !!!..I was just wondering about your rdl form if this is just how it suits your body? Because you put the barbell quite far away from your body and your upper body is leaned forward
Thank you!!! 😊😊 From this angle it seems that way, side on the Bb is fairly close to my legs and I maintain a horizontal torso to the ground with core control to get the most ROM out of my glutes / hammys - I achieve full hip extension with my form!
