I've been a full time RV'er now for over two years and haven't regretted it for a minute. I find life is much richer when it's not quite so full of clutter! Best wishes to you, hope you continue to enjoy the RV lifestyle!
I also live in my RV and have since 1992 except for 4 years between 2000 and 2004 and about a year and a half between 2013 and 2014, I have had about 10 of them all shapes and sizes and they always need work but in this work a day world I believe RV Living is the only way to go, You are on a smaller level a home owner, the rent is less than that of an apartment in most cases and you can pretty much do with it what you want because it is yours, presently I have a 20ft 5th Wheel which I totally love, Just finished patching the roof and fixing a few leaks and it is now good to go.
Mahalo for the tips. I'm in Hawaii at the moment and am seriously considering living in an "RV". I lived in Arizona for seven years and have seen many different models. You seem to have gotten some kind of extreme desire to make that "Life" changing move. I'll review more of your videos in he future. So far it's the best I've seen regarding facing and expecting the challenges that will occur for sure. Thanks again for your efforts!
You remind me of my old girlfriend. We bicycled across Europe for six months, camping out pretty much the whole time, and she was always happy just living an adventure. -- It helped that she liked the rain. You know what a house is, Pippi? An expensive anchor. A home is what you make it. When you live this life, your brain is always engaged in living creatively Your RV is also your canvas. Still listening to your vid but had to scroll down because your dazzling smile was blinding me. Your voice, however, is like candlelight....So, you hack-sawed a mattress? Donnavetta!
How do you deal with the creeps and the endless "compliments" for being a woman out there? edit: Oh, and the endless obvious-stuff advice you didn't ask for? "Wow, a lady in an RV! You're one-of-a-kind--let me smile and stare at you. Well, well. How you liking your RV? You know you gotta check your tire pressure. What you'll want to do is gitcherself an air gauge from Pep Boys. Mmm-hm.... But it's really nice to see a lady such as yourself in an RV.... excuse me while I stare some more."
Some comments are disgusting, if no comments we are not gentlemen. How dare you assume I don't know how to handle my things, can you open this jar? We want equality! can you pay the bill? My woman can do everything on her own, but she knows how to make me feel like a man so when i'm out working i'm thinking of her and come home to make her feel like a woman. And I have seen my share of creep women. Sorry for being ONLY a man.
I have been a trucker for 28 years I have asked a couple of women the same question one says I just ignore them the other 1 says I own a Very powerful cattle prod that she loves to use hahaha there's always gonna be some creeps in rude comments but for the most part women out here don't have to worry about that much
These videos are great, Pippi. Regardless of the cons to RV living it still seems like something I'm going to pursue. Thanks for taking the time to make these videos.
Im about to graduate college and I really like the idea of traveling by RV. Thank you for this wonderful video. I especially like the fact that although there are differences you make it seem manageable. Thanks Again!
I'll be purchasing a used motorhome next summer. I have always enjoyed traveling and have always dreamt of doing what you're doing. Your videos have help me in the decision process. Thanks so much. Keep'em coming!
Oh god I'm in love! That face, the smile, the hair, so gorgeous! And your voice is so adorable! Not to mention all the skills.. All that says so much about you. You deserve a mansion, not some dinky little RV!
I have a semi truck and small trucking company so I know first hand what it's like to be limited to space. Now I'm relocating to The Midwest so thanks for the great video and encouragement on trying the RV lifestyle, Cheers!
Well as a woman I was just annoyed with the uh, um, uh, um. I get what you're saying. Visual for you. For me the uh, um, uh, um monotone was excruciating. Way too long. Maybe not for you though hahahah...!
Sawing a matress into with a hacksaw, that sounds like something my Daughter Lisa would do. She is into crafting and never ceases to amaze me. Nice tile laying also, on the other vid. I never thought of leveling it but yes sometimes a few will stick up.. Take care.
Gratitude for your amazing sharing Pippi Peterson!!! I underwent through so much loss throughout the last 4 years - divorce, business, father, life inspiration.... and then with moving back to the US after 12 years away, the only doable affordable idea that made sense to restart my life was buying an RV, to downsize, minimize and simplify life this way.... I'm about to close a deal on a Montana 29' 5th wheel by Fri and freaking out about this decision..... I have been on a research rampage for the last 2 weeks and then ----- I came across YOU...... awnnnnn you were my angel !!!!! I can breathe again THANK YOU !! I'm also in SO CA and would like to park in a long term facility specially since I don't have a truck just yet. Just trying to figure my location options at this point. Cheers and congratulations on all that you are and do babydoll !!!!
Lily Gimenes I'm so happy to hear of your new project and ventures especially after the recent events you've shared. It's now past Friday so must have bought it by now...how exciting!! Best of luck!
Hi Lily, I am a bit ahead of you, but with a similar story. I have been fulltiming for 2.5 years. I have never been more content. I am also in SoCal, and that has been the largest challenge.
Hi Pippi, I enjoy your videos. They are very informational and complete, and you always answer my thought questions before the end of the videos. I find your voice soothing and today I spent twice my normal time in traffic and none of my other videos were relaxing to me, then I saw this video in my feed and thought "That will do the trick". Yep I feel much better now, Thank You! You seem to be a very sweet young lady.
Great video! I just bought a 32' RV and rented a space right on the Chesapeake Bay for $375 per month. Downsizing was a bit of a challenge but I'm making it work. The next challenge for me is getting ready for the winter. :) Keep posting!
Hey Andrew sounds great. The advantage too is that you can up and move for the winter. That is what I look forward to doing and why I bought my camper.
Rodney I wish that I was able to move to a warmer climate this winter but my work and family keeps me in this area. Maybe I'll take this opportunity to post some winterizing videos. Best of luck with your RV adventures!
Winter in a camper you will fight condensation. Putting plastic over the inside of the windows helps keep the heat in too. The most important thing is moisture in the closets. Good luck. I live in a 42ft. Park model camper in va. and loving it.
Cool description and I enjoyed watching it, will check out the other ones. Was nice to see a lady with so much knowledge and drive. Congrats and stay just the way You are.
Thanks for sharing this! My hubby and I are over the road truckers. We've learned to live together in a small space & finally put our things in storage in April 2014. We used to live in a loft apartment and found that we were only home for 10 days from January to April. It was a no brainer to save on expenses. Now we are considering getting a small RV we can keep at our company's terminal so that, when we return after 6 weeks on the road, we too can have a place to call home. After all, we're used to a mobile lifestyle and we love it!!!
Pippi, just watched, this,my first RV video of yours via a RU-vid suggestion, no doubt coz of my RV viewing habits. Your video was inspiring, cogent, full of pragmatic wisdom, and a joy to watch. I just subscribed. Rock on girl! I too, not only laughed at the hacksaw surgery out loud, I was impressed. Live Long and Prosper, phil
Hi Pippi I had to laugh to myself when you were talking about water pressure in your shower, I live in a large 3 bedroom house and your water pressure is stronger than mine. Have a great day cheers.
+Glen Smith Like with RVs, and this one one thing she can do also and even your self are shower heads designed for low pressure and water saving. they will use less water but also make the water harder so more pressure. One thats noteable is the Oxygenics which allot RVers use (this: amzn.com/B00AZOWSJM and a multi option version: amzn.com/B00BC3KSDS ) Those should work wounders RV Life or not. its good for water saving and low pressure.
+Troy Foxxin I have found those "low water pressure" heads just make me take longer to wash - not saving money, water or time in the end. A nice strong pressure, gets me cleaned up fast, and saves time. Either way, I used the same amount of water.
I have to say - you have your priorities so straight and focused- KUDOS to YOU!!! Riding yourself of lifes non-essentials: big house, yard work, living to compete with everyone else.... for what?? Work-work- work- for the money to buy things you (we) don't need and don't really want (but think we do)- like rats on a wheel spinning and going Nowhere. Plus, your so sweet and beautiful- just speaking woman to woman- the whole diva spoiled brat attitude is everywhere and its refreshing to see a strong, smart, beautiful woman who is self-sufficent and can see clearly through what has indoctrinated society. Keep it up!! I admire you and maybe soon someday I will live off-grid too-
Thank you so much for your support and kind words! :) I agree about the priorities and rat race. It doesn't seem right to have to work the majority of our lives to just live life. It's a big scam in my opinion.
You are a wonderful woman with all positive thinking of the matress, storage, the light bulbs, most woman would complain. You have a Beautiful Smile and atractive. I recommend people to see your videos (: & subscribe
I'm considering living in a RV just because you cant stop smile!! It must be very gratefull. A sensation of freedom without limits. Thank you for your testemunial maybe one day I will try ;)
Good video. Thanks for the tour of your RV. As far as your sink is concerned, I've seen a lot of people change out their faucet set to a taller faucet to give you more space. Sort of like the shape of your soap dispenser. I look forward to more vids.
That's a great suggestion! Actually that's my filtered water dispenser. I'll look into it if I come across a decently priced faucet. That sure would help with space!
right on your not afraid to get dirty. You're going to be fixing stuff all the time on a motorhome. Even if you're not using it it will break down (Brakes). Plus it loses it's value fast and get's harder and harder to sell. I like the lifestyle but most motorhomes just aren't built well enough for full time living. I'd like to get a big foot rv they're a true four season camper and look like they're built very well. good video, glad you're happy.
Bravo on the repairs you did ,rv repairs are actually more expensive than regular home repairs. And you get what you pay for [rent-wise] as SoCal's got the climate/ocean/.etc,as I'm sure you know cheaper rates await you in Death Valley lol[for example]
Your home is paid in full. That is so wonderful! Hopefully it will allow you to save and be the artist that you want to be. I just subscribed. I hope that everything works out well for you. Have fun and be safe.
We had bathroom odors at one time horrendous, needless to say a friend helped us out with the cleaning regimen, but I also found a little device called a Lil' Stanker. It mounts on the vent pipe for the black tank. Just flip the little micro switch and the 12vdc fan turns and your RV is odorless in seconds.
Pippi you are incredible. I've always been impressed by the women out there that aren't afraid to figure things out and be as self sufficient as possible. You're a fantastic pioneer in this ever changing world. When people finally get tired of the life they've lived for so long and come to grips with what life is really supposed to be about then they'll stop questioning people like us. I so like what you've figured out and hope you'll stop getting the negative and sometimes ridiculous comments on here. You're an inspiration to all those that are scared to step away from the matrix. Thank you... Oh and on a side note I love your artwork.
I really envy you. =) I am 40 and thinking about doing this. I want to de-clutter and help my artistic side as a videogrpaher by traveling the country. Thanks for all the great information.
Thanks for sharing your humble abode. I was enlightened watching this. My wife and I winter in Arizona . First year we lived in a 22 foot Honey class C with bed above . We upgraded last year to a 5th wheel and sold it at the end of winter. We just bought a 31 foot class A bounder much like yours. We rent a spot in Morristown for $200 per month plus elec. People are wonderful. Close to everything we need and want. Im hoping we will not incur lots of expenses. In the previous two years we were quite fortunate that way. We keep our house in Montana for the summer months and rent it out. If anyone reads this that is considering an RV for extended stays, I suggest you DO NOT invest in a brand new unit until you have a chance to try this life style for a season or two. There are many great deals available on very nice used RVs. RVs dont spend a lot of time on the road so the mileage is low. Ours is 15 years old and has 30,000 miles and looks new. If you happen to find someone as pretty as the little lady who made this video to travel with you, then God has blessed you.
I bought an ambulance for work and I am living in that and working from the storage underneath. Its great and was using a van, but the ambulance has really increased my comfort level. My dad has a E350 RV and we take it to football games and having 4 adults in it gets cramped. The ambulance is great for 1 or maybe 2, just sleep at a truck stop and shower at truck stops. I love the freedom.
Pippe you give me a little bit of hope for a dream i have had for years. Living in an RV full time. Thank you . just turned 62 with a brain injury but i can still drive.
Dont really like some of the comments on here.Pippi, you do what the heck you want to do,its your life and dont let trolls get to you.Mark from Scotland.:)
I've almost watch all of ur videos,I find it very interesting, inspiring the sense of freedom and the knowledge you gain..wow uv become a handyman just a girl version..someday I would like venture the road and places like what you are doing .good luck and be safe always.
Pippi, when I saw the lighted space @ 6:14 --I thought--if you have a mirror (s) place in strategic places you could reflect THAT LIGHT--to darker areas. What do ya think?
I find it difficult to ask my guests to take off their shoes but I think anyone who also lives in a motorhome will also take them off! Your house lamps are probably running off 120V - RV lamps will be running on 12V. You are possibly losing a lot of power like that. It is not a problem on hook up but may be when wild camping (boondocking as you call it in the US). Isn't it a problem living with so many other RVers. I like a bit of company, but I think you have got quite a lot!
Pamela Peterson Pamela, I have read a great deal on this subject - I generate all my own electricity as I am rarely on hook up so I have got everything on low voltage!
I'd love to hear more about your own electricity generating. Are you on solar? Did you hook it up yourself or did it come like that? How much do you use a month? I need a bit more than average as I'm working all day long on my computer. As a boondocker, what do you do for internet? Some sort of dongle?
Pamela Peterson Pamela, I am on solar - here is a video of my set up : Camper van life : my solar set up I don't know how much I use per month but it is not a lot - I have never run out of electricity. I also work all day on my computer. However you need to buy an inverter which is from 12V to 19V, not 12V to 120V to 19V which is what you will be doing if you are using your regular electricity source. I use a dongle or my telephone modem for my internet, depending on what country I am in. I also have an internet antenna which sometimes catches internet from someone but usually does not. It comes in handy for camping near McDonalds. Here is a video about how I work : My camper van is my office
Pippi Peterson For internet check out www.clear.com you can buy a used modem on ebay for about 1/2 price and you have broadband internet anywhere sprint has coverage for $40. per month.
I owned an older Bounder and lived in it full time for one year. Yes, I had to adjust to it, but it was great. Everything you discussed in this video was right on. I believe the Bounder has more cabinet space in and out than most others.
Yes, it is loaded with great storage and I have lived in my 2000 Bounder 36S since I got it in 2005. I am the 3rd owner and one advantage of buying used besides the price is the.aftermarket equip already installed by previous owners.
One of the reasons people have such a hard time with their black tank is flushing their toilet paper. So I just throw the toilet paper in the trash. There is no need to flush it. And no it wont smell in the trash. Its a curious American habit to flush the toilet paper.
Hmmm, your comment is very curious. Every heard of Typhoid fever? It killed thousands of North Americans. It's a wonderful idea to flush toilet paper. It gets ground up into tiny pieces at the water treatment plant.
Im at the top of the valley in california and I pay rental space of $240 a month (water and garbage paid) with a fenced in 60'X40' yard. My trailer is a park model with a full front room slide and a full bedroom slide. My next big renovation is a wood burning stove. It gets cold here. Im also looking at solar to help ease PG&E. Ive sealed the roof, fixed the kitchen faucet, and the bathroom toilet so far (knocking on wood!) in 4 years. My next step is buying an acre of land to put the trailer on.
I would just like to add I will be using a lot of your ideas also as a full timer, I'm a minister and I'm in a bee church about every 2 years. I'm retired now and I was also a trucker for 32 years and I preached at a lot of truck stops in that 32,maybe I can hold Sunday worship at some camp grounds and share the Good Book with other rvr 's
Great video Pippi. You seem so happy and cheerful. I would love to meet you someday. I've been to 35 states out of the U.S. and 5 provences of Canada in a motorhome and I loved it. The hard part would be finding a woman willing to share that lifestyle. Thanks for sharing part of your life. ☺
i LOVE that you cut your mattress.... I laughed an laughed at that... sorry... its not that ur a girl or maybe it is idk but I thought that was flipping great.... I would love to seen a video of that... I got a real kick out of it... and ur very beautiful with a sweet voice... I am a tattoo artist who has been dreaming of going mobile so I want to do this just have to figure out store front space... I want my studio to be in the rig... so I'm considering a rv... a uhaul type truck and converting it... a trailer with shop in it and pull it with a van/house set up etc etc.... so I am learning from everyones vids on how I want to do this... your vids has helped me... and the mattress was just a great bonus.... thanks hun hope to see you on the road someday
Hahaha, i read all the guys hitting on this girl..i dont see her replying back and melting over your comments..use some skills, some of you dont think at all..if you just come right onto most girls in person as you do on here i will bet she is scared some and she may think your a lil creepy..try to talk to girls in a respectful friendly way first..not this stupid creepy will you marry me pippi? or your smiles is like the ocean of peace and serenity..your eyes are as heavenly as heaven can be...😂 come on please dont creep her out..she is sharing in a friendly way her experiences about living a rv life and all...she is not promoting she is on the hunt for a husband..chill out 😉
+ Mark Jacob Yes! So nice to hear a man tell all these other men on here not to be so creepy and weird. I think Pippi is handling it with a lot of grace and decorum by just ignoring them . I really like her videos-she is just a nice, normal young woman doing her own thing, and she is kind enough to share her experiences. Apparently with these guys her world revolves around them??? Not sure how that works! I wish they would just leave her alone.
+SRNF - You park and then 15 seconds later she'll be screeching off. (Your comment is why women are less likely to want to get into this lifestyle--the creeps.)
***** no. no he wasn't buying an RV, tracking a stranger down and living next to them is not a compliment that's not normal human sexual behavior few men or women would find that behavior attractive in a potential mate and as such it has no place in the mating habits of our species on ANY level (be it caveman or the most civilized of nations)
Nice video (tks!) and as someone who has lived in a trailer for over a year, you're tips are good. My industry collapsed in 2008-2012, i lost my home ($700k home so, no one is immune - is my point) and in order to get out of debt, this was my solution. I was fortunate in that i could park my trailer at my work where perhaps few have that option and could hook up power, and sewer (both toook a little doing and i had to hire an electrician friend to make a 30 amp service but, it was not a huge deal and cost a few hundred). The sewer was not a big deal, there was a sewer cleanout behind my office within 30 fee tof where my trailer was parked, i bought the flex sewer line from WalMart and connectors (around $60 or so) and just hooked it up. Anyways, I store my pots n pans in my oven. ;o) Also you can find a good dish dryring rack that fits inside the left side sink and that's really helpful. You can wash dishes, put them in the rack, and then actually wash them in the rack and just let them dry there too! My home of choice is a 30 ft Terry Wilderness (2007) trailer with dual slides (not a 5th wheel, i can tow with my old Excursion). The slides are pretty well a must, if you can afford it (I paid $15k for my trailer, though i feel i overpaid). The advantage of a trailer over an RV is, generally, a lot more room. The con, less storage. Trailers, as u point out, don't always have the outside storage areas. If you have cats, i use the storage under my bed as my cat's "poo-ping palace". I cut a little cat door into the inside, she goes in the storage where her litter tray is located right next to an exterior hatch and keeps that outside and easy access to clean outside. My trailer has a unique layout where it has a bedroom up front, and a small bedroom (bunks) in the rear with a privacy curtain for my daughter. I had to have this layout so my daughter had some semblance of a private space. These layouts are rare and i expect that is why i paid as much as i did but the nice thing is, i own my home, am not wasting it on rent, and am catching up very quickly on my debts. I did not have to file bankruptcy paid every creditor i owe which i am proud of. ANyway, tks again for the video and good luck!
I have at my rv a webasto diesel heater and he also make hot water. I have timer and sets one hour bevore i come it on. I have also diesel cooker from Truma D. So i don't have gas{lp} When it is gold you have to cover of your front and also your front windows.
Thanks for the tips! I do have curtains the wrap around the front window area. Are you thinking like something that would attach to the outside of the RV over the front windows. I saw a neighbor has something like this and thought I'd investigate sometime. Is your Diesel cooker inside your RV? I've come to enjoy Propane as its heats incredibly fast and last a while.
I'm full time for 3 years in a Class A 1998 Holiday Rambler Endeavor 35 feet on a acre of land with our own well water in a peaceful cul de sac with 3 other homes for only $425 for everything. Today, i put up my 75" x 70" x 24" Swim Center Ocean Reef Pool i'm going to use to relax in during Vegas's hot summer and to also soak my body since we dont have tubs in them, right??. I have LED sensor lights everywhere, even outside i purchased from Ebay. I have 2 awnings on each side, I LOVE THIS LIFE!! Anytime, i have questions, i surf over to rv.net. forum., they are AMAZING! I'll be installing Solar Panels, Laminate wood flooring and a Splendide 2100XC combo washer/dryer within the next year. I get my wifi from the main house on the prop where i have a ALFA antenna USB in my laptop to give me 5 bars since im far from the house,,, the laptop is HDMI to my flat screen tv or i use the tv that came with the rv. That rv tv is connected to the RV huge antenna and my flat screen has a $10 rabbit ear that gets about 30 channels when i switch to tv instead of HDMI. I bought a on sale Oster Stainless Steel Oster Toaster Oven and the rv came with 3 gas burners and a pretty nice fridge. I also really love decorating my shower/dressing room, so much space to me since its only me here. I never put toilet paper in my toilet but in a garbage bag and i always have wet wipes there too but the toilet also came with a spray nozzle that we can clean the toilet or our tussies:) My water is heated electrically and so is my air conditioner. I have a 32 gallon propane tank i fill up about every 4 months . Just dump my grey water today because the water filled up so fast this week where that ODOR, OMG!! so i know what you're talking about! yikes!! I too LOVE the storage underneath, its my garage like yours is!! watching you walk thru was AWESOME because its the same thing i love about my mine, so glad another young lady is doing the same thing i'm doing, if you come to Vegas let me know, okay, you wouldn't believe where i live! THANKS for sharing, love your place!!
By the time I was 20, I had moved 35 times (none by my choice, but I've processed all those funky feelings). I think that helped instill in me a healthy non-attachment to places and things. I'm now 41, happily single and child-free (by choice), and it just occurred to me about a week ago that living in an RV is not only a possibility, it's an excellent fit for me! Thank you for sharing your information and experience. Love and light!
Pippi, when on Ebay looking for LED lights, just make sure that it says "warm white" in the description. I love my LED lights and they're cheap. Like me. Unless I'm on a date.
I was looking at some yesterday, there is daylight, soft white, warm white & one other I can't recall. You likely picked up the 'daylight' LED-good for people who have the symptom Seasonal Affective Disorder which means they get down when theres not enough sunlight in the winter months.
That sounds about right. I just went thrue that with florencent bulbs and ended up choosing 2700 kelvin for the nicer yellow. The daylight blue, blew me out of my kitchen. Pippen, take note;)
Nice review and thank you for sharing the insight. Ive had a travel trailer and did a cross country trip which was a blast, but never thought about a full time living but always liked to read and research about it. Look forward to seeing your other videos. Cheers.
***** Hi Ken. My wife and I are talking about doing something similar once we become empty nesters in a few years. We've only just begun looking RVs and understanding the pros/cons. Any tips or suggestions?
MrDJICHI Hi MrDJICHI, First thing first is to check out a few RV shows as the season has started. Getting a previous year(s) left over or a good condition used model is the best bet or wait till the late summer and fall as much like automobiles they give huge discounts. The next thing is if your planning a Class A / B / C or a towing camper. I chose the last as our trip consisted of attending a few Automotive and Kart races as I was support staff for a friend who was racing the events. My tow vehicle was my mobile garage / storage but I recently converted 1/2 into a living camper van (after gaining my experience from this cross country travel). But having the tow camper (Jayco Featherlight) was the best for us as I still have my primary van to travel to town and around and the Featherlight trailer was the easy to tow with its low weight making it great on gas mileage and plenty of room with standing shower, kitchen and additional beds if we were to have guests. My biggest recommendation is depending on if you do chose a tow camper and its various weight configurations is getting and budgeting in a proper sway control or weight distribution hitch. This is a safety must and something I would never tow without after towing race trailer to campers (you'll understand when in the great plains or mountains under windy conditions or braking) (Dont forget to add a brake controller as well). As far as the open road and cross country trip... plain and simple Do It =) It was a dream of mine for years and I'm very happy to have done it. Experiencing this great country on our public roads brings a huge dynamic view to fun, experience and relaxation. We traveled the lower states from NJ to Texas then to Vegas to San Diego and back. Met so many awesome people, ate at some of the best spots and saw views that cannot be replicated via TV or the internet. Life time of memories and I hope to one day hit the upper half of the US. Any other questions feel free to ask!
I love this type of living. can't wait. your living my dream. YOur amazing girl. I wish I met someone like you to RV with. Happy for you and your pouch. Nice job on this.
+Pippi Peterson - You know it's been a year later and i think i am finally going to take a plunge. Any recommendations on the footage for a first purchase?
I have been watching your videos for years and you have inspired me with your intelligence and optimism. I hope 2018 has wonderful things in store for you. And by the way I remember when I was a kid and saw lots of fireflies in Mark Twain National Forest in Missouri. Maybe they are still there? Good luck. Mona
I can't wait until I retire and get to live in my camper van, life will be great. Mountains in the summer, deserts in the winter... and best of all I can get away from the people who like to blare their stereos without any consideration of others. I certainly envy the people who are enjoying the mobile life now.
Thank you for your words and time... I was in California and had a RV I moved to Arizona now I lived in a travel trailer Now I'm in a duplex but after seeing your Video I will may look for a Toyota chinook maybe (God Bless) B safe B careful
+Pippi Peterson I might buy a camper trailer and put it on the back of the farm truck. Ideally I would like to be able to change the flatbed to accommodate a camper, pickup bed or just use as a flatbed.
On the subject of the LED lights. You can get the light bulbs in different shades of colors and different hues. The ones she got was most likely bright white which is a harsh blue white light. There is a warm white light that makes it a lot better with warm light. Check out the kind of light that the led that you are purchasing puts out the kind of light that you want.
There really shouldn't be a difference in the price, but look for the warm white LED's and you will see a noticeable difference. Let me know how they come out.
Pippi Peterson Yeah, I redid my entire camper in LED but it cost about $500 for the bulbs- all in warm white LED. You also have to watch the wattage. Note too that I learned white light lens cut lumens down one half! So for me, clear lens replacements were a must. More expense.
Yes here in Texas I paid $200.00 for space to rent for my former 32 ft.trailer, California is ridiculously high, and I'm from California now living in Texas, the cost of living is so much cheaper and its as beautiful as California☺
