@@3d_printall what TPU you used?

I was going to ask the same, I’ve tried PETG and ABS with the later one giving better results but they don’t last more than a single battery. Want to try PC or PACF what has been your experience/results with PC?

@@tinnocfor gear you can use a hard shore TPU, its amazing sometimes how much durable TPU gears can be.

Mean time between failures is one and a half battery

Good ideas badly done, you'll spend most of the time repairing and changing components

Have you tried it? The components last for a lot of runs. Anyway the design is not mine, I just reproduced an existing project 😉

@@3d_printall Yes, I did it, now I'm just finishing to replace all inside the Cramer, only the external frame remains, no arms, no gears, no steering, no differential,no anything old remains, I worked a lot to improve differentials, transmisión, arms, bumpers, steering, reducer gear, and so, and after hundreds of wasted hours, I started to reconvert it, and redesign and rebuild all inside and outside it

@@josem.escrich2610 you are probably using too powerful motor or too many battery cells. Mine has not this problem.
