The reason big trucks with big springs are so bouncy is because they don't have a payload keeping them compressed which would smooth the ride out. That car has about 2000 pounds of compression so it cleared out the bounce
That looks like a B6 level armoring, can take a 50cal. The spall liner around the doors are for shrapnel that can penetrate the rubber seals. We've had 2 B7 armored Land cruiser 200 which are bomb proof, but using the twin turbo diesel engines which were remapped to 450hp 520 torque. So yes, those cars are beasts on the road. More efficient and reliable than B7 Suburbans and Cadillacs.
Interesting the hood is not armored. Disabling the engine block from an elevated angle would doom the passengers. Bullet resistant is not the same as bullet proof.
armored land cruiser 200s litter the streets of Colombia. Seriously theres a half dozen in a one or two block radius in big cities and upscale neighborhoods like Bogota or Medellin.
