Fully automated line for single-sheet fresh filled pasta 

This plant, based in Italy, specializes in filled pasta production; in this video, you can view the complete line for the production of tortellini installed in Italy for Grandi Pastai Italiani.
This line is composed of the mixing tank with a scrap recovery system that feeds the automatic distribution system of the dough to the four sheeting and forming machines. Then the formed pasta is transferred to the thermal treatment system: the pasteurizer and the dryer assure optimized management of vapor and heat so that the energy consumption is significantly reduced. After passing through the cooler, the product reaches the cleanroom, ready for packaging.
