Thx for the unconditional share of skills! However, just a little question , is it possible to input VB codes in a word document to open an excel file to extract data from the excel? Hi, I am getting an error when I send the workbook to a different location. I created three different documents (i.e. 3 different modules from 3 different excel sheets/tables) using your above codes. Any idea why this might be happening? It says that the file is corrupted when I open it at a different folder location. I tried to truobleshoot for days but I am not sure why it's happening. Thank you for your help!

Initially got the debug error but simply added the ".docx" at the end of my filename then it worked great!

Hi! Thankyou for the templates of the excel, specially the "Automated Data Entry User form". I have a question, I have been encountering a problem with "Automated Student Mark Sheet". Every time I press "Prepare Marksheet", it always shows an error "Run-time error '91' (Object Variable or With block variable not set). Whenever I debug it, it highlights this line of code "wd.Selection.GoTo What:=wdGoToBookmark = 1, Name:="SQL_Result". Any tips/solution with this one?

I think you can change the extension to .pdf instead of .docx during the step of wdDOC.SaveAs2

EASY AND PERFECT MAIL-MERGE AUTOMATION, SIR. IT COULD HAVE SIMPLE ADDITION OF CODE TO SAVE THE WORD FILE INTO PDF FORMAT. SIR THERE IS NOT A SINGLE VIDEO ON THE SCHOOL MANAGEMENT IN WHICH FEES FOR THE COMING MONTH IS SHOWN AS ONLY WHEN IT IS DUE - LIKE IN THE COLUMN OF FEE FOR AUGUST IS SHOWN ONLY ON START OF AUGUST MONTH AND OTHERWISE AS ZERO . @@thedatalabs Thanks for your reply, I mean to say that suppose I am a merchant or customer and I had sold or purchased any item at 5000 and my customer or myself give him 2000 adv. and rest of the 3000 amt. due in this condition I want to take all the payment transaction records with the help of VBA on excel and when I feed each and everything with the advanced payment I received or given I will feed the amt. In the total amount of 5000, I got advanced amt. 2000 and due amount automatically calculated by VBA on Excel sheet every time when I feed for the same person amt. I get the amount due record in serial.
