Would adding casters make it less stable?

Good idea. This adds one more variable for me. Thanks for being the best desk rocker in the world.

I'm planning on getting one and use it with an IKEA Gerton top (solid beech). I hope the rocking at standing heights was only with your tested one and not in general with the Jarvis (I'm 6'4").

How did it go. Did you like the Jarvis desk ?
@Cobinja

@@mushroomtits8387 It doesn't feel as bad as the video makes it look. But leaning onto the desk makes my monitor shake a little because it's a C-frame.

Hi, great video! Curious, do you find that on this new version the rocking motion is better than the original version in general? Or do the columns around 42” still seem as bad? This seems like the best bang for the buck, but I’m hesitant. It is at the upper end of my budget though. Thanks again

Is this the 24'' or 27'' depth?
@JohnSmith-zl8rz

but that's the 48 inch? maybe the 60inch or large is more stable?

but when would you realistically put 200+ pounds on it
@btodtv
@btodtv 2 года назад
I agree that most set-ups do not load that much weight on, but once you figure the weight of the top, plus other accessories and hardware, you could get up to that. I have seen quite a few set-ups that have quite a bit of equipment for sound/streaming/etc. NL

Please use metric and kilogramms, outside US nobodys is interested in those. :-)

This isn't true, Canadians weigh plenty of things in pounds.

Divide pounds by 2 and you have an approximate weight in kg.

I mean, you're not typing on your keyboard with the same force being able to move 350lbs of cinder blocks.
